It took me contacting the dealer ship for days about a car, i finally make an appointment, get there within two hours my car has been sold, my car dealer LEFT he had to get lunch told me to wait! First off, my sales person, Maytee, was amazing. Easiest car buying experience ever. Made sure my wife and I were comfortable. Hunted the lot for just the right car, color, trim package, etc. We told her wh car buying experience ever. Made sure my wife and I were comfortable. Figured out exactly the terms we could do, and we went from there. Got it all done while my wife and I got lunch. I was texted when the cat was ready, and Maytee went over everything about the car. Would absolutely buy here again. Kudos to Maytee for making this all so easy. Thank you Honda of Fort Myers, and especially Maytee. The finance guy snuck in over 3,000 dollars worth of stuff. Never went over it, I have purchased over 25 vehicles in my lifetime and never seen any dealership anywhere near as dishonest and crooked as t stuff. Fairly misleading dealership. Salesman was nice but Jorge the sales manager was very pushy and unfriendly. The week before we drove 4 hours to come to Fort Myers Honda and despite having a reservation to see a car it was sold and it was failed to communicate tis to us. Despite knowing this we still received subpar service from the manager. The financial advisor was trying to insinuate that getting gap insurance will lower my interest rate however would not give me a discounted interest rate upon lowering the cost for the gap insurance. There’s a lot of obvious games being played with the customer at this location under the facade of a low internet price it creates an extremely untrustworthy atmosphere. More
