So they made me meet another guy that told me that he will go grab the key so I can test drive the car. He came back 5min later and told me that the car was sold. He reluctantly said he would have the person in charge of this call me back. No one has returned my call. I am not surprised based on the managers attitude. The manager I spoke with on the evening of 06/15 was extremely rude. I feel that you should treat customers that you need to refund money to the same way that you treat customers that you are collecting money from. After this experience, I would not purchase another vehicle here and I certainly wouldn't fall for the GAP ins. scam. You will not get it back should you trade the vehicle in. More
