Called set up an appointment to look at a car. Waited 20 minutes for the salesman who couldn’t find the key. Staff was unprofessional. Left out a $600 charge for tint that I didn’t even want. The manager was rude and combative and told me “either buy the car or have a nice day” Even after being spoken to rudely, I still went ahead and purchased the car, and asked for it to get cleaned up. Upon Picking the car up and asking if it was detailed, he stated “she’s all ready” whereas in reality they didn’t even wipe up a week old lipstick smudge on the center console. The issue isn’t that I’m not willing to pay $600 more for the car, I didn’t want the expensive tint. Why not just raise the price by $600 instead of combatting with every customer who doesn’t want tint? They are unethical and will sneak unwanted fees and services into your bill. More

Would have rated 5-stars, as salesman Brock Linton was outstanding on a busy day and price of car was good but I was never told I could only do financing through your service then was highly pressured to outstanding on a busy day and price of car was good but I was never told I could only do financing through your service then was highly pressured to buy extended warranty and couldn’t use my pre-approved bank financing. Also, after my purchase, I drove 2 1/2 hours home to West Palm Beach only to find out that when you “detailed” the new car you failed to put the front floor mats back into the car! Now, I’m having trouble getting in direct contact with my salesman to arrange to get my floor mats. More

Due to the nightmare I was put through in the finance office, I did a lease instead of purchase. With an 800+ credit score and Available down payment any size, I wasn’t concerned about the financing. office, I did a lease instead of purchase.
