The whole experience with them was a joke. The financial guy was calling me amigo and papi until I told him that was not the way to talk to their customers. My wife had a loan with Bank of America but they guy was calling me amigo and papi until I told him that was not the way to talk to their customers. My wife had a loan with Bank of America but they told us they could not use it because they won’t make any money on it. The apr on that loan was 3.09% and the loan that we got through them is at 5.25%. Will never buy from them again not will recommend to anyone More

Nuts on how busy they were. First time at foreign auto dealer. But they had an American vehicle there which I was looking for. Freddy was great sales guy. The sales person I dealt with was very nice and helpful, but I was disappointed by the overall experience at the dealership. The additional fees for tint etc. were a major deterrent. Our sales person was unwilling to budge on the price despite some customer service issue we experienced. I called ahead to make an appointment to see a specific car. We drove 2 hours to see it only to be told the car was unavailable. Despite that claim my dad was able to find the car in the lot. Were were then informed that the key to the car we wanted was lost. We waited over an hour for them to find it. The salesman searched diligently to find the key, and ultimately found it, but it was frustrating to have driven 2 hours to nearly have been turned away. I would have expected some compromise on the price after such a poor customer service experience from the dealership. Had I been able to find the car I wanted at anywhere else I would not have purchased it at your dealership. More
