Horrible experience with Anthony Wolter and Jake in the finance department. They tried to see me an overpriced Honda Accord sport for $35k at a time when they advertised employee pricing. Even with $4000 n finance department. They tried to see me an overpriced Honda Accord sport for $35k at a time when they advertised employee pricing. Even with $4000 negative equity in my trade, the car shouldn’t have been $35k. When I returned the car, Jake was rude and said he didn’t have to take the car back. He refused to delete the over zealous warranties that Anthony Wolter tacked onto the car (over $5,000 in additional charges). This is the worse dealership ever. I purchased a car from same dealership an year earlier, dealt with different staff and had a great experience. I’m not sure what kind of people Honda has hired since my last visit but I had a very bad experience. From swearing, to talking bad about customers to being told my money isn’t good at Morgan auto group, you name it, it happened. I would t refer one human being to this dealership. Not one member of management ever contacted me to hear what happened. They delayed returning my down payment, all in spite. These are some real nasty bloodsuckers! Beware of Anthony Wolter, Jake and the horrible finance team at Honda of ft myers!! More

Overall good experience. Due to global situation they seemed to be running a skeleton crew so our finance processing took longer than expected. As a salesperson, Kes answered my questions, found answers if he didn’t know, showed me every car I wanted to test drive, gave me a rock bottom price I was happy with, and followed thru on everything answers if he didn’t know, showed me every car I wanted to test drive, gave me a rock bottom price I was happy with, and followed thru on everything he said he would do. Kevin in Finance was another story. He rushed thru all of the paperwork, wouldn’t give me a chance to look at what he wanted me to sign, Had an “I’m so bored “ attitude, I wanted to see where he was getting his figures from because the total financed seemed high. Six days later I see why. I knew I was paying $2,340 for the protection plan. But I did not know I was paying additional for two other plans. What the?? I walked out of his office on a Monday not a happy camper and still owing a balance of the money I was putting down. He knew I was coming back in three days from when I notified my bank. He also knew that the process took too long and that the three days would be from Tuesday and not Monday. I told him this. He was ok with it. Also when I left his office I mentioned paperwork and he made the comment that the registration was all I was getting until I brought the balance due in. That’s fair. However, when I came in Friday he was not working and therefore no one could furnish me with the paperwork. I do not live in Fort Myers. It was an imposition. Saturday morning he texts me to see if I was bringing in the balance due, After telling him that I had left it with the Finance Manager he found it. I kept waiting all day for the email I had been told to expect. Finally at 3:30 I texted back asking when he was going to email me the paperwork. I needed it for three reasons, one of them being to notify my insurance agent. Real quick he emailed me the form I needed for insurance. I kept waiting. No email, no answer to my text. I was so upset from the whole situation that I couldn’t sleep that night. As soon as Honda opened Sunday, I called and of course he was in but not answering the call. Left a message that I was coming in to pick up the paperwork. When I got there, he had the paperwork ready. Laughed and said he had forgotten that he wasn’t scheduled to work on Friday. Funny thing , the Finance Manager I spoke to on Friday said that was the only day of the week Kevin did not work. And he forgot? He also commented that he had been too busy the previous day, Saturday, to send me paperwork. And that he had intended to send it to me on Monday. What happened to Sunday? The whole situation was totally unexceptable. And the attitude he had on Monday just set it off. He was even snippy. When I was dealing with Kes, I was thinking to myself that maybe Honda. of Fort Myers was a dealership I would want to do business with. Kevin killed that idea. More
