Good experience overall. Adrian very friendly and patient when showing me the vehicle and during the test drive. Not pushy at all. The finance guy needs to slow down, I felt rushed when signing forms and if when showing me the vehicle and during the test drive. Not pushy at all. The finance guy needs to slow down, I felt rushed when signing forms and if I didn’t ask a question he didn’t take the time to explain to me what I was signing. I had to sign a cancellation of the extended warranty because I didn’t notice he added that to my purchase and I didn’t want that. I only noticed after I signed it and reviewed the papers he gave me. He’s very knowledgeable and nice/people person but He needs to stop every few minutes and engage with the customer and ask if everything is making sense and if there are any questions he can answer. Other than that good experience overall and would recommend. More

Salesman, Chad Winn, was great. But the financing department will take advantage of you in a heartbeat. Complete sleazeballs! They advertise low prices and then have a ton of fees they add on. We secured our own financing with a preferred lender (ie - the dealership has a contract with the lender and they have to accept the lender’s financing). Despite having the preferred lender on the phone explaining the contract terms and why the dealership was contractually bound to accept the financing and walking them through how to set up the loan docs in their system, the dealership refused to accept the financing simply because they wouldn’t make money off the financing. It was never disclosed or agreed that the price of the car was contingent on dealer financing. The dealership finally meet the terms of the financing we secured (after telling me multiple times the first financing offer provided was the absolute best they could do) and forced us to use a different lender than our preferred Lender despite their contractual obligations with our preferred Lender. By that time, all trust was broken and we declined to purchase an extended warranty because we could clearly see anything this dealership offered was likely not in our best interest. We would recommend working with salesman, Chad Winn, as he was straight forward, listened carefully to our needs, and guided us to the beat car for us. But we would not recommend buying from this dealership (unless you are paying cash) as the financing department will try to rip you off. More
