Overall it was an OKAY experience. I made an appointment with a specific associate to see 2 specific vehicles which were not ready when we arrived. We were passed off between multiple different people thro with a specific associate to see 2 specific vehicles which were not ready when we arrived. I spent hours just waiting to be assisted AFTER deciding which vehicle to purchase, and was eventually directed to finish our paperwork with someone who’s FIRST DAY AND FIRST TIME closing a deal....so he was clueless and not informative and the whole experience felt off honestly. I am happy with my car and everyone was friendly but the process of purchasing was not great. No one even thanked me or said goodbye. I was given only one key (no spare) and was sent on my way... the experience felt disjointed and awkward. More

The dealership was very helpful when buying my car, but not very good about getting back to me when I had questions. I called about 3 times recently in the last month and a half to talk to someone about not very good about getting back to me when I had questions. Salesman, Alex Toledo, was very good. Young but sincere.
