I also needed an estimate for some damage incurred the day before when someone backed into the car's rear end. The service advisor was able to recommend and give contact info for a trusted body shop. In addition, the advisor recommended a brake flush, for which we were overdue. What I like about my experiences with the service department at Honda of Fort Worth is that I never feel they're trying to convince me to get things done to the car that are actually unnecessary.
