Excellent all around My service rep, Elizabeth, was quite attentive to my concerns about my car and what it was I needed to get done. Not everyone does that, these days. She exceeded my expectations throughout the process. The mechanic(s) doing the work finished about an hour LESS than I had been told to expect. That made me happy as well. The drive home from the dealership was noise, rattling and shake free! Just like the good old days. More
