This was the first time at this dealership and I’m glad I finally had the opportunity to change. It was a great change. I was a loyal customer of 20 plus years at another dealership until my service manager finally had the opportunity to change. It was a great change. I was a loyal customer of 20 plus years at another dealership until my service manager passed. I was working with Steve Mutchler, who also works with my co workers and he was great. He took the time to make sure my car was clearly updated in the Honda system and kept me apprised of the status. Besides he also had a great personality. He went thru the checklist. The waiting room had ample sitting, non stressful and quiet and there was at least 10 of us waiting. My car was ready as expected. Over all great experience. Now it would be great to get Honda Freehold changed on my HondaLink app. Thank you again and I will definitely be back. More
