We are still willing to stand behind the offer we proposed to you. As the tires are now 10 months old with approximately 12,000 miles wear on them, we only ask that you pay for the usage of those tires, in return, we will install new tires free of charge. We do understand that you have concerns as the tires were not the correct size when installed, however after doing further research we have found that the actual difference in size is 5 millimeters, which equates to less than 1/4 inch. If the difference in size was larger, this may have caused a problem, however because it was such a small difference in size, no damage should have occurred. We would be willing to inspect the vehicle to ease your mind. We ask that you please contact us if you would like to take advantage of our proposal.

We do apologize for any misunderstanding via the chat portal. However the sales manager did offer the same trim level CRV but a year newer for the same price as quoted for the 2012. We would still be more than willing to sell the 2013 CRV for the same price as the 2012 (same trim level) if you were interested. We however cannot sell the EX for the same price as the LX as you requested. If you'd like to go over what was discussed in the chat we do have record of it and would be more than happy to go over it with you. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding.
