I was very annoyed by my salesperson. I was told to ask for a premier agent when I first walked in because I had initially asked for a quote online. The manager at the time was negotiating with me and I was excited about buying my CRV. Raul wasn't very educated about the CRV. (he asked me to initial all the items he was going to explain before we got in the CRV) I went back the next day to meet with a salesperson, Joshua. He had all the answers for me about the technology. It would have been a very great experience if I worked with Joshua from the beginning Everyone I encountered at the store were very nice. Honda offers low rates for specials, which are not available to customers with A+ scores on other models. Research your financing options before you visit the dealer, ask them to negotiate with the Honda lender and insist on a competitive rate. It is an old school negotiation. This true for the warranty as well. You'll save thousands. More
