My Review of Honda of Lisle:
Mr. Z. Ali was extremely cooperative and patient. My husband and I initially visited the dealership on a 65 degree Saturday in November - the dealership was extremely busy and so was Mr. Ali. He nonetheless took the time to show us the different vehicles and options and go over pricing. When it was time to make the final decision, my husband was unable to be present with me for the purchase. All negotiations were discussed with him over the phone. Mr. Ali and his entire staff were understanding and patient during this process. They were not pushy or overly aggressive. After our purchase, Mr. Ali went way out of his way to explain each and every feature of the car ensuring that I fully understood. The service and overall experience of buying the car was made more enjoyable by the staff, especially Mr. Ali.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
I contacted Tim and Jennifer through their internet sales department and immediately was contacted regarding a quote on a Accord coupe. They were always up front with me and worked with me to find the right car as well as the right price for me. Tim especially was very thorough and very accommodating to my needs and made my first car buying experience one that went above and beyond.

The process was smooth and easy. Extremely helpful and straightforward, I highly recommend Honda of Lisle's Internet Sales Department if your looking for a new Honda!

There aren't many dealerships that are no frills, get it done in less then 30 minutes. If that's what you're looking for, Brian's your man. He is polite, knowledgeable, and totally wants you to be happy with your purchase. I was there to help my brother in law and sister negotiate a CR-V EX. He honestly tried his best and found what we were looking for. He's just one of those guys you know you can trust.

After a rough experience the night before at Valley Honda in Aurora/Naperville, I stopped by Honda of Lisle to see if they'd match or exceed the offer I had negotiated on an '09 Honda Accord. To my delight Mike DalPino exceeded my expectations and treated me with respect. I'm taking my future leases and service (as is the rest of my family ... we have multiple Honda leases from Valley Honda but not for long) to Honda of Lisle and would recommend others to do the same.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
We purchased an EX-L on Friday, August 14. Our salesman was Ken Kolbusz. We have owned an Odyssey for the past nine years and are big fans of the car so we decided that buying another one made sense.

This was, however, anything but an ordinary purchase of a new automobile. You see my husband, Gary, is a 100% disabled veteran with a service connected disability. It is this circumstance which made us eligible to buy a new car with the help of an $11,000 grant from the Veterans Administration. The grant is paid to the dealership within a few weeks after the paperwork is given to VA.

Ken Kolbusz was totally amazing. He went to the VA Regional office and got instructions about how the grant was to be handled and after the sale he personally delivered the papers back to the VA Regional office. This meant that my husband and I could drive our new Odyssey home on Friday. We were, of course, thrilled to do so.

Ken explained the process to others in the dealership so that we were able to sail through financing even though our situation was unlike any that any of the staff had ever encountered.

We are absolutely thrilled with the car and so very pleased to be treated with such respect and “over the top” consideration of our situation. We will continue to tell this extraordinary story to family and friends who may be in the market for a new car.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
We were very satisfied with our current purchase of Honda Civic EX-L with navi.
Brian treated us more like a friend. He was very polite, patient and helpful in showing us Insight and Civic and had us test drive on both cars. I liked Civic better.
One day, he drove Civic EX-L with navigation to my house just to show me the difference and promised not to give me any pressure (like my experience when I bought Civic 03).
We took a spin in the neighborhood and my son liked it.
He kept his words when he said he would call me back. That's why I chose him over other sales persons.
His customer service has gone above and beyond. He would certainly be a great asset to Honda Lisle.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.
