My Review of Honda of Lisle:
I went here last week and bought my new car. It was a good experience specially talking to Mr Ahmet S. He was so nice and friendly unlike the other salesmen from other dealers. He gave me the best deal that others cannot offer. I recommend that if your looking for a car, go to Honda of Lisle and look for Mr Ahmet S. By the way, I am also planning to buy my wife a car early next year in this dealer.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
I went to this dealership on my lunch hour with the intentions of getting an oil change. The attendant (porter) that I first came into contact with was very nice and professional, as was the service advisor - AT FIRST. I was told that it is currently 11:47am and we will have you out the door and paid for by 12:25pm. This is great because I have to be back at work for a 1pm meeting. I waited in the customer waiting area, which was very nice with comfortable black leather reclining chairs. To my surprise, a service clerk came around and asked all the customers in the area if they have any questions or need to know the current status of their vehicles, I thought wow this place is really focused on customer satisfaction! Well, I thought too soon. My "out the door time of 12:25pm" was grossly exaggerated. I walked towards the service area and saw my car, parked and ready - but my service advisor, Dion Grace was nowhere to be found. I waited another 15 minutes and still nobody approached me about my vehicle being completed, again this is only an oil change - not a complete engine overhaul. I told another service advisor that I'd been waiting for my vehicle and he said, "oh your paperwork has been sitting here, where is your advisor?" - My reply was "good question" - he apologized and sent me to the cashier to pay. I paid and got into my car, to find disgusting GREASE fingerprints ALL OVER my steering wheel and driver's side door.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
I would have my car towed to another state before I would leave my car with them, even if it right in front of this dealer. I had a recall issue from the start of owning the car. The service department was rude and inconsiderate. They never called me back regarding the part and when I went I was given a msg to pick it up assuming it was fixed, it wasnt! When I was upset and tried to talk to someone, the sales person, manager and service manager were convienently not avaiable. When they pulled up my car, it was coated with dirt, splashed on and frozen, and told that their car wash was not working even though other cars were sparky clean. I have always purchased Hondas for their outstanding performance, but have learned how some dealers should be out of business for their customer service.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
Even though I havent bought any car from them I got a very good impression on these guys by the way they deal with me. As I was looking for a particular color I couldnt make the deal with these guys. They dont make up any sales man scenes. They are very straight forward and never bluff you. They tell you what they can do. Even the pricing was reasonable. They are very professional.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
I echo boohbahman sentiments exactly. I shopped around and got a great deal via e-mail from this dealer and they delivered on that exact price as promised. No haggling, no "lets make a deal". I was in and out in 2 hours. No pressure to add on anything and even their extended warranty pitch was " here it is, do you want it?" approach. The only area of concern was that there were several fuses that were not installed at time of delivery, however they made it all correct the next day when I returned.

Naperville/Aurora dealer was closer to me, but that dealer had a lot of extras and add-ons on every car. They are all about the negotiation there, as I overheard several deals going down where they were arguing about a couple hundred dollars while I was sitting under their tent (they are remodeling thier showroom). I wanted to go up to each person and tell them to send an e-mail to Honda of Lisle and they would not have to go through this.

Could not be happier with the sales experience at Honda of Lisle and the price was below the Edmunds listed innvoice price.

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
I called trying to find out their inventory after working with another dealer in the area. The salesman I spoke with told me that the vehicle I wanted would NOT be released to the dealership I was currently working with. He told me that if I wanted it I would have to come get it from them. He even went as far as saying if I came to him it was "Too bad" for the salesman I had been working with. He did give me a great price but unfortuneately for him-the other dealer got my sale and yes, I paid a little more but oh well. It was very rude to try to "steal" my sale from someone else. Would NOT recommend. PERIOD!

My Review of Honda of Lisle:
Told me they had only one car in the color I wanted and I needed to give them a credit card and make a deposit to hold the car until I could get there (about an hour later) and test drive it. Nice try, but no dice.
