My Review Of Honda of Oakland:

This was our 2nd purchase from this dealership after 5 years. We were able to have the same excellent salesman. We returned because we were very happy with our prior experience. The CRV we purchased before has been great; it is now retiring to Hawaii.
We were a bit overwhelmed with all the technical information on the GPS, but we will recall what we were told with usage and the manuals.
We felt the trip of 3 hours each way was worth it again, even though we have 2 dealerships in our home town.
We do recommend Honda of Oakland. The staff is professional and likable.

Great deal and service! This was our second new Honda purchase. The customer severice at Honda of Oakland was great. I would recommend Honda of Oakland if you are looking for a great deal and service.

Robin Takata gave us a great car buying experience. We looked at a few other comparable cars and Robin gave us the best deal and service. The whole process was very simple and straightforward. She was able to obtain the car we wanted and deliver quickly. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience with Daniel the salesman, Con the sales manager and Angel the finance guy. (Sorry, I'm bad with last names.) I think I was "taken care of" and all of my questions were answered every step of the way. :)

Will and Carl are great. Bought a used car from their last year came back again and bought a new car this year. They value their customers and spend quality time with each customer to find out there needs. I enjoyed working with them last year and this year. If i was to buy another car i would go back to Hond of Oakland and see Will and Carl again.

My Review Of Honda of Oakland:

In the beginning, I needed some help to get my money in order to purchase a car (Honda CR-Z). Robin Takata took the time out to drive me all the way to West Oakland to get my money, and she even help me get money for the car that I traded in. I had a blast and fun time being around her and showing me the amenities of the car to me. That was absolutely a pleasant experience for me.

I was very inspired by Robin's knowledge, experience, and witty personality. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about product and services, and sincere in helping me getting the car that I want very much. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to a friend, and I would come back to this dealership to purchase a second car in the future.

My Review Of Honda of Oakland:

Instead of finding out what my complaint was the service advisor became defensive of the quality of their work and got into an argument with me. The service manger listened to my complaint and actually assisted me. Awful service advisor.

The staffs were very friendly and responsive. They were doing their best to give you the best deal posssible and great purchase experience. They responsed my questions much faster than the other dealership and have relatively more inventory. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and families.

My Review Of Honda of Oakland:

I came in with my mom to help her buy a new car. We were planning on getting a Toyota, but thought we should just take a look at Honda just as a formality. Robin was assigned to us as we were looking around. She was friendly, easy going, helpful and not pushy at all. She gave us breathing room so-to-speak to make an important purchasing decision. Why can't all car sales people be like this?

We looked at an Insight, an Accord and test drove a Civic. She was with us the whole time, very helpful and answered all our questions. When we said we needed to think about it, she didn't pressure us - instead she provided us with useful brochures on the cars we saw and told us to call her if we had any questions. We probably spent about 2+ hours with her that day.

We went to a Toyota dealership and were immediately attacked by 3 super aggressive salesmen. It was such an aggressive, unpleasant experience, we just wanted to get out of there asap. Why must car dealerships be like this? Does it really help sales to be that aggressive? I don't think so.

In the end we decided to get a Honda Accord. This is the third Honda in our family, and the 2nd Accord. We got a great price and Robin helped us through the purchase. My mom said it was the most pleasant car purchase she ever went through.

If you are looking for a Honda, and sick of super aggressive unpleasant sales tactics, and just want to make your mind up peacefully for your next car purchase - go see Robin. She's awesome!
