My complaint is that they would not accept a credit card. I do not carry a checkbook or cash with me for an expense like this; I always use a credit card for all my purchases. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Honda of Salem. I went in on a Sunday to look at Honda Accords. Brandi Deangelo met me right away and showed me a few cars that she thought I would like.
