Bad service…….I sent my car to dealer four times for warranty .Also I left 10 times massage to American Honda case manager to ask about my car, she didn’t have any response to me. Once you are through the loooong line to drop off your car for service everything is great. Always friendly staff, always receive a text once they start on your car, texts throughout with updates and/or t car for service everything is great. Can’t really say anything to $$ yet as our last 4 visits (2xmaintenance, 2xservice) were covered under warranty. I wish their scheduling or car drop off setup was better— it usually takes 15-20 mins to drop the car off even with an appointment. More

I brought my car for an oil change. They had a happy hour special where it cost $49 for the oil change. The adviser Darrell was not aware of it, but did look up the deal and honored it. The guy that help me out on my service is awesome .. the only thing that concern me is the waiting on my car before helping me. Service advisor is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating although it’s quite busy Saturday and I came on emergency recall with no appointment. He set the expectations right due to it was so busy with customers while the mechanics were limited. Good man & he said “not to worry, we’ll take care of you” Cool, Thanks. The only suggestion i have: when the car was ready I didn’t get a text, hopefully there’ll a notification on text from the shop. Last service I also didn’t get any text notification telling the us the car is ready to be picked up. It’d be great to have rather than guessing “oh I think it may be ready now after some hours”.
