My Review Of Honda of Tenafly:

Just leased my 7th Honda from Frank LaRocca of Tenafly Honda! This dealer and Frank do not emulate the bad rap that car dealers have had forever....no games, good business sense...but...also keep in mind the needs and affordability of the customer. NO games, NO "have to speak to my manager", etc. Tell them what your goals are, both vehicle and financial, and they try their hardest to work a deal. Frank is superb at what he does.....he has built an aura of security and confidence with my wife and I....we usually do the deal via phone so my only "in-person" contact is when Ipick up the vehicle.

If more dealers displayed the professionalism of Tenafly Honda and more salespeople would emulate Frank, the industry would not have such a negative reputation!!!

My Review Of Honda of Tenafly:

Mark has been our salesman for 13 years now. We just bought our 5th Honda (2013 Accord EX-L) from him. I think that says it all. Mark and the Dealership make the new car buying experience and follow up service easy, convenient and pleasant. You are not subjected to any high pressure sales gimmicks usually found at other dealers. Likewise for the service department. They have never recommended any unnecessary service.

My Review Of Honda of Tenafly:

I have leased 2 cars, an Accord and an Insight, from Honda of Tenafly. I decided this was the time to buy rather than lease. I considered other cars and dealers but since I was about to spend (for me) a lot of money I should stick with what made me the most comfortable. This was the first time I worked with Herbie Rosario. Herbie knows what he's talking about and really took a lot of time to explain all the technology that came with my new Accord. He also told me if I have any questions about the car I could call him any time which I really appreciate. Buying a new car can be daunting but Herbie made it enjoyable. Great car, great dealership and great sales guy!

Thank you Jerry Holmes and the entire team of Honda at Tenafly.
Being an overseas immigrant from Australia who has just arrived in US and looking for a used car purchase , it's a monumental task. But I felt that this task was made much easier starting with my first conversation with Jerry till I purchased the car . My family (including my 2 year old :-) ) decided within our first interaction with Jerry that we will be buying a car from Honda Tenafly. The next process was only selecting the model which was still easier when Jerry understood our needs and made good suggestions. He explains everything in detail and is eager to clarify any queries at any time. I recommend Honda at Tenafly for all car buyers and especially new comers like me and for Jerry Holmes - I wish there was an overall rating of more than 5(Great) to rate him. He is the Best.

My Review Of Honda of Tenafly:

My husband and I are not the easiest to deal with. We had been to many car dealerships, leaving empty handed. After just one trip to Honda of Tenafly we were sold (and believe me, that's not easy for my husband). It was all thanks to Herbie. He made us feel perfectly comfortable. We left with the best car for our needs! Herbie was very patient and honest. I could go forever with complements for Herbie and Honda of Tenafly, but I have to get back to work. We are totally happy and would recommend Honda and Herbie to our friends and family.

My Review Of Honda of Tenafly:

This is my first time buying an automobile since my husband passed away two and half years ago. Herbie made me feel so comfortable and at ease, so that making my decision on which model was best for me and my new lifestyle was actually a pleasure. He also gave me the information that I needed in a non-technical discussion. I felt that armed with the information on all the various models the Crosstour was the one for me. Then when I received my "lesson" on how the car works, he sat with me over an hour. He invited me back, at anytime, for further lessons, which I am sure I will be doing. The car is so well equipped, there is much to learn....and how patient he was to teach it all to me!

My husband always loved the Honda autos. My son owns a Honda as well. When it's time for my son to get a new Honda, I will happily
recommend Herbie as his salesman.

My Review Of Honda of Tenafly:

This is a Fantastic place, Herbie is a Great guy, knowledge and experience, this guy is just exceptionally good, I called him for a Honda Accord Lease, off the bat his #'s were great, so I told him I just started shopping and will get back to him soon. No presure, oh, the #'s will change if you don't get it now, blah blah blah, he was very professional, gave me the parameters of terms and time frame.
As usual, I went to a few dealers, they all tried to screw me in their own ways, long story short, I went to see Herbie at Honda Tenafly, he was very courteous told me the truth about everything I asked him, I decided to get a used Accord, took me on a test drive, I requested him to take care of certain things in the car, he promised they will be done by the time I picked up the car.
I came there with my wife to pick up and she changed on the car and wanted another one, Herbie was very patient and test drove the other one, ultimately we decided on the original car.
I came next morning and test drove the car, all was done as promised, I was very satisfied.
Then something happened that never happens at a car dealer, I am amazed an shocked at the honesty, their Finance Mgr, Ray, gave me everything that was promised and then he dropped the interest rate a lot, that in turn saved me A LOT OF MONEY!
I was obliged and had no words to thanks him enough.
I will always send all my friends and relatives to Herbie and Ray at Honda Tenafly, THESE GUYS ARE HONEST & AMAZING!
