Purchased a Civic EX from this dealership in May, and brought the car in for a complimentary routine oil change. The car was purchased for a family member so I rarely drive or sit in it. However yester brought the car in for a complimentary routine oil change. The car was purchased for a family member so I rarely drive or sit in it. However yesterday I drove the car for the first time since the oil change, and now there's a constant ticking sound under the hood. This sound began immediately after the oil change. This is now my problem and have to find a mechanic to what's causing this sound. Will never bring my car back to this service center! More

I return to HVS service because of Alex Marcel. Alex knows how to treat people. This is what builds customer relationships. He always has the customer’s best interest in mind.
