We’ve always been happy with the service we received at Honda of Westport but this blew us away. We woke up to a flat tire yesterday and called asking for help. Melanie went above and beyond offering to send someone out to our house to put the spare tire on free of charge. It would’ve been so expensive to call a tow truck and my husband and I are just not handy, so fixing it ourselves would’ve required more than watching a YouTube tutorial could accomplish. Really grateful for the way the team at Honda of Westport looks out for the community not just the bottom line. More

R.J (Robert Kijek) the head mechanic there. Most definitely the very best mechanic, I’ve ever known and I’ve ever had, he deserves over 5 stars. My car went in for service yesterday. Henry my service advisor (1st time with him) he was great. Melanie, Pat Leclair no doubt 100% have gone above and beyond for me. Christine who answers the phone, she is really good. Finally back to today on the phone with Honda of Westport for over a hour Chris Benton the son of my Sales guy almost a little over 4 years ago, Omier Deura. All are amazing! Point is this team at Honda of Westport and honda service located in Fairfield. Are truly the very best. So sorry for my very long review (that was a very long story, trust me people reading this. I have Shorten my review, believe it or not!) I don’t do review often but they all deserve it.
