Owner Evan Perkins clearly understands the value of a loyal and repeat customer and he pulled out all the stops to make sure that my experience was the best it could be. My willingness to give him and the dealership a second chance was contingent on the fact that they not hold the new salesman responsible for what happened as it was not his fault. It is evident to me that they stand by their word and are supporting this young man through coaching and mentoring and they have assured me that he has a bright future with them. This evening I picked up my new 2022 Honda Pilot and the process was seamless.
