They are professional, courteous, patient, very helpful, good listeners, and work hard to provide a superior customer service experience. In particular, working with Kam Bhojwani was a very positive experience. He worked with me to provide me with what I wanted in a new Fit, and provided a good financial package that worked well for me. He was helpful, patient, accommodating, informative, and very pleasant to work with. Definitely worthy of a 10! More
