My car buying experience actually started with Curtis in the service department. I’ve been working with him on an older dodge Ram for almost 7 years. He recommended Surya and I happened to text him last week while the Ram was in the shop. I already knew which vehicle I wanted and did the credit app in advance of arriving in order to confirm that I was approved for financing. I went to pick up a car later in the day and was literally in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. Fast forward three days and Steve, one of the managers reached out to see how I liked the car. I expressed my regret over not getting the V8 Charger and much to my surprise, he said to bring the car back and we’d swap it out. Surya had all of the paperwork ready and I was in/out in 15 minutes.
