On the test drive Brian was personable and fun, he answered every question and talked me through the dynamics of the car. I decided it was too big, but I spotted the car that I had in my mind, the right color and all across the lot! We took it for a spin and I was immediately in love! I had already decided to buy it, but just to be sure Brian had me drive the same car in a newer model to have some comparison. I didn't ever feel pressured, I just felt like I was receiving great customer service. He did all he could to make me feel included in the process, and talked me through the paperwork. Two other dealers had told me that I would have to place an order, and could expect a wait of up to two months. (They then tried to "switch" me to an in stock model) Since I got my car, I have had several follow-up contacts from my salesman, the sales manager, and even the general manager. FIVE STAR service. (I also enjoy the free car washes) More
