My experience with the dealership started out very positive with my conversations with the Internet manager Todd. We discussed pricing on a vehicle and he even offered to pick me up at the ferry as I positive with my conversations with the Internet manager Todd. Todd turned me over to Chuck which assisted me to the point of agreeing on a price and giving him a deposit to hold the vehicle going into the weekend. I spoke with him on monday and stated that I have financing in place and will contact him back to let him know when I would be coming over. I planned to go over on Tuesday to finalize the deal and pick up the vehicle. I played phone tag all morning and when I finally spoke to him around noon he stated that they had sold the vehicle on saturday and that he did not run my credit card as he said he was going to as to hold the vehicle. I was very pleased with the whole process until this happened. I get that they are there to sell cars but when they ask for a deposit to hold a vehicle and then sell it anyway that says a lot about the people you are dealing with. More

I was interested in some of the hyandui cars , wasn't sure which model ..when i first walked in to look at the models they had on the showroom. I saw the Volester...i was flawed by the unique body style..i spoke to the sales manager , and pretty much gave me exactly what i was looking for and i felt was a very honest price..how i knew this is because i went back another time and researched prices & what my trade in would be for my last car...so they were point on with the trade on price & the price of the car...Also the easiest to do business with..i highley reccomend the 112 dealership ! Also whwen i went to pick up my car the service was impeccable , as the salesman Mike explained everything in complete understanding for me & hooked up my Blue tooth as well... More

I came ready to purchase car with electronic check in hand .POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE I went to Mid Island Hyundai and purchased a comperable used Ford Escape from them that day.I hope her boss notices my review and loss of sale becouse of her actions.Its just the right thing to do if you cant make an appointment and you do not have what the customer wants. I went to Hyundai 112 in Medford to check out a preowned Ford Fiesta SE and Corolla LE. I met Dan Marteen and he immediately was friendly and informative about the two cars I was interested in. After a few minutes spent talking about my trade and pricing we were off for brief test drives of both cars. I liked the Corolla but fell in love with the Fiesta! We talked numbers for only a few minutes - no repeated back and forth to the sales manager - then Dan presented numbers I thought were fair. We picked up the car the next day - all polished and buffed up. The entire process was painless. I recommend this dealership and Dan Marteen to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
this is in regards to nesenger 112 chevrolet since they are affiliated with hyundai 112 but are not on dealer rater. i hope this gets to their attention. first off i took my truck in for a misfire. gave t are affiliated with hyundai 112 but are not on dealer rater. i hope this gets to their attention. first off i took my truck in for a misfire. gave them the code described the whole situation and they still charged me $115 to hook their scanner up. second they changed one plug and wire and said it was fixed. driving home it started misfiring again. I was charged literally $250 in total for one plug and wire and a broken truck. i will never bring any vehicle of mine again to be serviced at nesenger 112. Paulette even had the nerve to ask me if i wanted the fuel injector service for another $220 i told her i can get brand new injectors for half that. btw i listen to them talk to other customers on the phone while i was waiting and was apalled that they would talk some much crap about the call after they hang up!!! More
I went to Hyundai 112 to purchase a new 2012 Elantra on Sunday 2/26/12. Pat told my wife & I the car will be here tomorrow but definitly tuesday.I put a deposit of $500.00 Well I stopped down monday after work & was told no car but can we work on the financing a bit, so I told them I would put down a larger down payment. On tuesday my wife called & was told the car is in the port of Philadelphia it will be here today. Guess what no there. On wednesday she called again & she was told they are waiting on it, so I stopped down there and started questioning like what kind of accessories are in the car, did it leave Alabama yet, could not get a straight answer. I was told its on its way here & the acessories were car mats & a few other things, all cars come with the mats it is an accessory that you pay for, but for your inconvience we will throw in a year of oil changes & car washes. Ok great. Thursday morning I woke up extremely early to take care of things at home, popped open the laptop to read how great car sales were in February, so I thought maybe I was being held off until march.When my wife called in the morning to find out Pat was off thursday,we all need days off retail we are off during the week.Now come Friday & still no car, my calls again at here usual 10am Pat tells her its not here but give me a few minutes Im going to locate this car. Well Pat never called her back, at 3pm my wife calls me & says she doesnt want the car we will go elsewhere. I agreed, I left work & went right to Hyundai 112, I walked in & was greeted by 3 salesman can I help you, I asked for Pat they said he stepped out can we help you so I told them the above story. I was told let me get a manager so here comes Larry. I tell him the story but also told him I had two sets of friends that had issues here. (I didnt know until deposit was down) What they said to me what happened seeems to be happening to me, Larry says to me would you like your deposit back, I said yes.Larry then says if the car shows up at this second your not gonna get it. He proceeds to start walking over to his station when he stopped & asked me what am I doing. I replied I want my refund, he said I'll do it later. In a loud voice I replied NO No No you will do it now, I said your gonna need the card anyway. So he finally gets to his work area now he is gonna clean his desk & make me wait. After about 30 secs of Larry asks me how much was the deposit, I said $500, he said let me get your file & checked so it matched. He then writes on the file customer does not receive this car no matter what across the file. Larry then takes my credit card next door to handle the refund. A salesman then comes up to me & tells me I have a showroom full of people to keep my voice down, first off I was just standing there at this point, secondly there was another couple there not a packed showroom. Then this salesperson asks me to go outside to talk I said to him its none of your business. Finally he kept it up I went outside & he found out that I wasnt yelling inside that I am just aloud person. I felt threatened by being asked outside so I was extremely loud & choice words came out of my mouth. Finally Pat comes back, he comes up to me & says Bill I am sorry for the situation, I said Pat just be up front with me. He apologized again & went to his area. An older gentlemen came out from an office in a whisper he tells me there is no reason to get loud, so in a whisper back I told him to leave me the F--- alone & walk away. Larry finally comes back I signed for the refund. I said thank you very much & proceeded out the door. I start my car Larry comes running out waving his hand as if I forgot some thing or what ever, I put down the window to hear him yelling he is going to have me fired from my job he knows alot of people where I work, I said screw you Im in the union. Larry thought he pulled a fast one on me with the refund cause the machine was offline, I just called my credit card company & canceled the transaction, but I needed the proof that a refund was offered. I am writing this 4 days after this occurred I am so upset with this dealerships antics I called Hyundai Corporate Offices. I wish I could add the refund slip to this to show you how it said offline.
