This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They lied to me and ran my credit when I did not give consent, they tried to charge me taxes from the incorrect state and once a price was agr with. Oscar, Evie, and the entire team are corrupt, have 0 integrity, and are not trustworthy. Not only will they never be able to earn my business, they will not earn the business of any of my friends, colleagues, or family. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business with the amount of shady activity they have displayed. More

been to this dealership about 5 times since they opened for service. service dept used to be great, but now there are all new service advisors and they are terrible. never return calls, no updates on proce for service. service dept used to be great, but now there are all new service advisors and they are terrible. never return calls, no updates on process of repairs and jus5 not helpful. l.a car guy dealerships are all over santa monica and i have used them all and have been very happy. not sure what is going on with the hyundai service dept, but they just don’t seem to care. are the only Hyundai dealership on the west side and feel they don’t have to provide good customer service. It is a shame that the service department is ruining the reputation of LA car guy. More
