Picked up my 5th Hyundai from 110 Hyundai. After returning my 2021 Kona EV at lease end, Neida Lara helped me with the return process which was super quick and easy (I've leased and owned m After returning my 2021 Kona EV at lease end, Neida Lara helped me with the return process which was super quick and easy (I've leased and owned many cars over the past 30 years from several makes, including Honda, Ford, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, Subaru, and others). So I know car salespeople, their tactics and patterns. Neida is different. No high pressure, no wasting your time - she just pleasantly asked if I would like her to run some numbers since I was looking for another car possibly in the next 30 days. I said sure. As I didn't have much time, she simply followed up via email with me and got me a solid deal on a 2025 Ioniq 5 AWD. Super responsive and friendly, and best of all very transparent on numbers (residuals, money factor, fees, etc.) which if you lease a lot you know some dealers protect those numbers like it's the password to their phone). Picked up the car couple days later and delivery was perfect. If anything comes up I know she will take care of it. The old car salesperson is a relic; the buying public distrusts them for a good reason. The new model needs more people like Neida and the people at 110 Hyundai not only to survive but to thrive. There's a reason I like buying from people like Neida. Cars these days are generally the same tech, quality and performance compared to cars from 30 years ago and it's a good thing. But it's still an expensive purchase decision, and working with people like Neida makes it a positive and hassle-free experience for people like me. More

I was presented with a Hyundai Kona SEL and, based on that presentation, proceeded with the purchase. This discrepancy between the vehicle presented and the one delivered was completely unexpected and deeply disappointing. I expected transparency and integrity in the sales process, and this experience has left me feeling misled. I urge you to review how this situation occurred and take steps to ensure other customers do not face similar surprises. More
