I took my Sonata in for the 3000 mile service. I was greeted by Mr. Dearman at the Service Center. He was very courteous. We went in to refinance and came out with a new car and lower interest rate. Quick, friendly and thorough. Andy was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Actually went in just to look. Shawn was attentive but not "pushy". We discussed trade-in and price. The test drive was a bit shorter than it should be . David Dearman made a special effort to quickly take care of my emergency with my 2004 Hyundai.
