Great service, very knowledgeable and pleasant staff I brought in my car for an oil change and other minor repair. Ended up needing new brakes & tires. I don't normally spend $1,500 without balking, bu I brought in my car for an oil change and other minor repair. Ended up needing new brakes & tires. I don't normally spend $1,500 without balking, but the service technician Pete, brought me back to look at the tires and showed me with a caliper that there was not enough tread for the tires to be safe. Additionally, they pointed out how the front brakes were worn sufficiently so as to be a hazard also. They loaned me a car and sent me off while they made the replacement/repair. I have never felt misled by this O'Brien team and would recommend them to anyone. More

blown map bulb The man at the parts department was very helpful trying to replace a blown map light bulb..When the new bulb did not work right, he quickly got a tech The man at the parts department was very helpful trying to replace a blown map light bulb..When the new bulb did not work right, he quickly got a technician to look at it. They decided there was an electrical problem and helped me get into the service department. After an hour we were told that a new part had been ordered. We will get it fixed when the part comes in. More
