Never contacted me letting me know the vehicle is ready. The link show the progress of the work did not work correctly. The good news is the final outcome was good in that service was completed, I had an appt, on the 7th, and the car was ready mid day on the 10th. I waited all afternoon on the 7th, only to be told they service was completed, I had an appt, on the 7th, and the car was ready mid day on the 10th. I waited all afternoon on the 7th, only to be told they hadn't started it, but I would be ready the next day, After making a fuss, they gave me a loaner car, but that was not offered without me expressing my displeasure. I never heard from them the next day, but I called early on the 10th and was told they were working on my car. Ironically I received an email on the 10th tekking me I had missed my appointment, which I clearly did not. I am pleased with the work they did. However, if you have too many appointments scheduled for the same day, call the customer and change their appointment. More
