PLEASE BE CAREFUL. .. On Saturday September 6th 2025, my cousin and I went to New Port Richey Hyundai dealership willing to get a car for me. Bill F. Was the one help .. On Saturday September 6th 2025, my cousin and I went to New Port Richey Hyundai dealership willing to get a car for me. Bill F. Was the one helping us around. When we sat down to talk about price, Warren B. Was involved. I did trade in my car and get Sonata 2025. I agreed for the PRICE AT THE DOOR of $22,500. Steve Ledesma was the one who did finance part. I agreed for tire/wheel package ($58 per year I've been told), GAP package and insurance that covers all repairing. GAP was $1500. So my monthly payment increased from $420 to $520. I've been told I don't have to make any payment for 45 days (wasn't mentioned that the interest starts with day 1!). Around 43days after I did my first payment of $520. I decided with my family to pay it off right away to avoid $7,200 of interest. I removed GAP and the insurance as well. October 27th a payment of $22,000 was made. Steve Ledesma asked me it i want to pay $1500 GAP and the receiver a check, I didnt want it because why pay and the n wait several weeks to get that money back. He told me to wait around 60days to see those packages removed from account. In December there was payment made of $5000. My account was showing that for some reason I owe over $2800. I went to see Steve Ledesma again in January saying to wait. I signed document authorizing him to check what's going on. He said he'll get back to me within 3 days. He never did. I went to see him again week later. He said he couldn't do it, they didnt let him and they contacted me without answer. No one contacted me! I went again to Steve Ledesma to finally end this circus in April. I asked why I there so much money I have to pay (over $2800)? He started doing calculations, deducted everything and he said that according to those I bought a car for $24000!?! I couldn't believe it! In matter to do pay off I had to pay tire/wheel package. All of the sudden it was $680 total (being told $58 per year, 58x6=348). Also he said I had to pay taxes over $300! I agreed for a price of $22500 AT THE DOOR (so everything should be included). I was very upset and tired of the situation saying its ridiculous, Steve Ledesma laughed and asked what's ridiculous? I just wanted to leave that place so I paid for now $1800 with some, and he did some bonus deducted of $1000. It is still on my account that I need to pay that $1000. I have my account looking into whole case right now and next step is to contact BBB. I know its very long review, but its honest, true one. Please be aware of your numbers before signing anything! No high pressure sales techniques, he just listened to what I wanted and he showed me the cars and options that I was looking for. When it was time to take delivery of the car, Levi, at 8pm, sat in the car with me for over 30 min and explained to me the various controls and operating systems on the car, answering me and my wife's questions. If you're looking for a great car and excellent salesman go to Hyundai of NPR and ask for Levi Brown! More
