Purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and traded in a perfect 2019 Charger RT with ZERO issues. I looked at the Jeep a few times and had questions about a potential leak from the dif cover, and other leaks. Was told over and over a "100% Mechanical Inspection" was done on the Jeep...more on that later. The people push you into some xx Family Plan that does absolutely nothing except add to your payment. First it says it has a warranty which they told me, they dont tell you it is for a NEW vehicle only. The plan supposedly gives windshield washer fluid, nitrogen air in tires, etc. etc.... then guess what they dont even give you a passcode to log on to the Family Plan app to get these "amazing" perks. I had to repeatedly ask for a code and it was a new employee that dug it up. And a "Welcome Box" that I never received that this amazing plan stated you would get the day you buy the vehicle. Once I purchased the vehicle I noticed the gas light come on, I was driving back and pulled over for no headlight...literally 2 hours later from the dealership! After calling and bringing it in, I was told to bring it in.... it needed a complete housing and headlight. The problem is that it has aftermarket headlights. The dealership stated they would only replace one headlight. This would leave me driving around with 2 different lights. A MONTH After emails, calls, refusing to have 2 different light they finally agreed after a MONTH to change them. I get them changed finally and check the lights to see if the work and 3 BIG scratches are across the right headlight. I brought this up to the service department while I was still there, was told they would have to take them back off and put the broken lights back on and send the scratched light back to replace it. I told them to not even worry about because I am sick of messing with this dealership and this LEMON that was sold to me. Here are the other issues that were the next day after buying vehicle.... Dif leak, Wiper Fluid tank completely empty and found out that was bad, quart low in oil, Radiator reserve tank completely empty, the electrical setup for lights is terrible and I have to get that addressed and the list goes on. I was able to take it to a mechanic to get it checked out, this is what was found: Rear Main Seal Engine Leak, Dif Leak, broken washer tank and motor, valve cover leak. And where is this 100% Mechanical Inspection Hyundai of Orange Park speaks of? I brought this up to the dealership.... I was told they wont cover it and to use my warranty. So now I have to pay the deductible to fix the Jeep. I HAVE NOT MADE THE FIRST PAYMENT YET!!!! No one answers calls, slow answer on emails, no call backs or you wait a couple of days. The managers avoid talking to you especially if you have questions about the vehicle you were just sold. I can keep going with all the issues with my purchase. I have all the photos, emails, text that were sent to the dealership to various employees. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! More
Outstanding sales department (Brion) but service department is terrible. Have a new 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid which we love. However, it has a strange noise at speed. Called for warranty service to make sure it was safe to drive on out of state vacation in 6 days. 1st got computer which said I could "drop off" at 2:30 the day before I was leaving. 2nd fought my way through the maze and finally got the service department. "Service manager is gone but I'll have him call you when he gets in tomorrow" 3rd of course, no call. Got hold of the salesman Brion (excellent!) and he had the service manager Shermon call me. 4th told by Sherman (despite my need for a safety check at a minimum) "I could bring it in but couldn't say it would be done by the time we needed to leave"!! 5th have to find a place elsewhere to check. More
This was the worst service we have ever received. Tried to get a fleet vehicle settled and Victor Hanania was unresponsive and had no clue what was going on . He just passed it off to someone else and said the paperwork never came. Never looked into it further or if he did he sure didnt communicate that with us. We were doing all the work to call between the accounting dept and Victor to figure out who had the paperwork. The ignoring of phone calls and emails got so bad that we had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to see what was going on, only to have a sales manager tell us they dont know either. As someone who worked in the car business, I can tell you this is not how customers should be treated. This was the epitome of that "used car salesman" stereotype everyone refers to. I would give them 0 stars if I could. More

Service on my Santa Fe was thorough and efficient largely due to the due diligence of Megan (service advisor). She kept me informed on a consistent basics as to what, why and how work was progressing. Kudos due to the due diligence of Megan (service advisor).
