Last Sat. I called the dealership after finding an automobile on the internet. After filling in all the required questions on the website and submitting them, I received a call from a salesman who t automobile on the internet. He said he would evaluate my trade and email me with cost figures in 10-15 minutes. After 30 I called him back and he said he was busy with another customer, and would email the numbers in 15 minutes. Again no email, he did call and said he would just read them to me over the phone..Anyway, he offered me a trade in value a full thousand below NADA Average Trade, and then had the gall to tell me there was also an unadvertised $600 dealers fee. I consider this to be an unethical, if not dishonest business practice. The end result was an inflated and unacceptable price so I did not drive to your dealership (I'm in Apopka). There are many Hyundai dealers, and this was not a satisfactory experience for me. More

He made it so easy to understand everything and I was so pleased with the way he went about everything. He didn't bug or harass me which really made him stand out from most of the other car salesmen I had come accross in the past couple weeks at other dealerships. And even the other embers of staff at Hyundai of St.Augustine were extremely friendly and positive torwards me and my parents. I was in and out. I got a higher trade in value than I was expecting and the 2.9% financing. No pressure, no dealer addon's (rare these days). The finance guy didnt try to tack on any items. After briefly describing what we were interested in, he let my wife test drive two different type hyundais, (the way she wanted to) and when my wife returned from the second test drive I could see in her eyes that we had just bought the Sonata. The only thing left was the negotiation process, which was made very easy by Rosy. I would definitely return to buy my next car. More

And not only was this quote lower than the others, they sent information about TrueCar.com where I could check their price against others in the area. When I visited the dealership I was greeted warming and quickly shown to a car for a test drive. Joe was able to answer every question regarding the car, and my friend and I are both engineers, so we came up with some pretty tough ones. I was impressed with how clean the car was in comparison to the other test drives I had taken. It was shortly into the test drive that I knew I wanted this car. When the money talk began Joe was very helpful in explaining all the costs and even found a financing option for college graduates, allowing me to save even more money. I completed all of my paperwork with Jimmy, who was extremely helpful. I knew I was moving out of state and Jimmy completed all the paperwork necessary to make registering the car in another state even easier. I was also greatly impressed by the fact the owner of the dealership, Andrew, checked in with my several times during my visit. He knew my name and was very helpful with any questions I had. After all the paperwork was complete, Joe took the time to go through all of the manual and extras the car has. We set up my Bluetooth and not only did Joe managed to get the technology to work immediately, he joked, singing Phil Collins. I have had the car for about a month now. It is properly registered in my new state and running like a champ. Hyundai of St. Augustine was nothing like the usual dealerships that make car shopping such a headache. More
