It was time for my 3rd oil change. I made the appointment on-line very easily and for 8:30 AM. I arrived at the dealership 5 or 10 minutes early and Cheryl Buck greeted me in the drive-up with paperwork alre on-line very easily and for 8:30 AM. I arrived at the dealership 5 or 10 minutes early and Cheryl Buck greeted me in the drive-up with paperwork already in hand. We reviewed the service needed and my care went immediately to service. The salesperson that sold me the car, David Bunn, found me getting coffee and we chatted about my great experiences with my Sonata. At 9:05 Cheryl Buck walked up and said my car was finished with service and also fully cleaned inside and out. Now that is great service . . . while drinking a cup of coffee (very good one I might add) my car was serviced, inspected and washed and vacuumed and done. All in about 30 minutes. Great service! This was the first service for a brand new Elantra purchased for my daughter. The service department was wonderful. They inspected the entire vehicle, changed and replenished all of the fluids and w purchased for my daughter. The service department was wonderful. My visit was for a routine interval service and a minor recall adjustment, and although the reservation I had made online, which had been confirmed, could not be located, my needs were taken care of and I recall adjustment, and although the reservation I had made online, which had been confirmed, could not be located, my needs were taken care of and I was finished in less time than the service advisor had estimated. This was my first service visit after buying my new car. I was impressed! As soon as I pulled up to the service area for my appointment, I was helped . . . no waiting! We came in to have our vehicle repaired under the warranty. Everyone was pleasant and cooperative during the whole process. Everything was fixed promptly with very little wait time. Reason for visit was a recall (Stop Light Warning Lamp). Recall check was completed in quick order. Car wash, vacuum and delivery to customer took over thirty-five minutes after receiving my completed wor Recall check was completed in quick order. Car wash, vacuum and delivery to customer took over thirty-five minutes after receiving my completed work order and clearing the cashier. Resembled the operation of a good dealer but not a Great one. Post Service visit, Customer is experiencing brake-lights/parking lights remaining ON after engine/ignition turn-off. Requires additional pumping of brake pedal to extinguish brake lights. Will return to dealer if problem does not resolve itself. More
