"Complete Nonsense"

My fiance and I were interested in an Accent we saw online and contacted the Online Manager (Michele Ruta). She responded with pricing and we set up a time to go in and check the car out. We had a specific car in mind, this was the car we emailed about (it was a manual transmission...), and this is the car we wished to see. A man named David called my fiance to confirm our appointment on the day of (May 6, 2014). No mention of specifics, just time and yes we'll be there...so we drive to Turnersville, meet up with David, and find out the car was sold the night before. We were very disappointed of course. Had we known, we would have never driven out there. Then David tried to push us on other cars but we knew what we wanted, they didn't have any other manual Accents, so we left. I emailed Michele to let her know our frustration with our experience. She had the nerve to email me back today and say that David told her that my fiance said we didn't have a specific car in mind and that we wanted to see all the Accents. Complete, outright LIE. I will NEVER go back to this dealership (and I was a repeat customer - had an 08 Accent from here that we intended to trade in). Needless to say, we went to Burns Hyundai in Marlton, got the car we wanted with no problems whatsoever. Don't even waste your time with these people in Turnersville. Typical bait and switch nonsense that you would typically expect from a buy here pay here...

Great car, great service! Tom greeted us warmly and introduced us to Anthony, who helped us view, test drive and decide on just the right car that fit my daughter's needs and budget. Anthony was very informative and patient with us as we considered our options and ultimately concluded our purchase. Larry assisted us through the financing process and we walked out of the dealership the same day in a beautiful new car! Thank you, Hyundai of Turnersville!!

"Tom and Anthony were more than helpful and friendly. ..."

Tom and Anthony were more than helpful and friendly. Anthony did not try and sell me a vehicle that was out of my price range. He listened to what I said I was looking for and showed me the best options. Tom was instrumental in completing the deal and getting me the best interest rate. Overall they were extremely helpful and honest. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from them.

"I have had several bad encounters with the service..."

I have had several bad encounters with the service department at this dealership. They don't ever seem to have parts on hand and have even managed to forget to order parts for my next scheduled service, twice! When you speak to the staff regarding their mistakes, they get an attitude with you. Beware, they will note your account if you don't give them a high rating and then when you need future service, they treat you differently. I wish their was another dealership close by that I could use. I hate having to go to them, but I refuse to pay for services when I'm still under warranty.

"Brought my sonata in for service. They were honest enough..."

Brought my sonata in for service. They were honest enough to let me know I was a little early for my first service. I decided to have it done anyway as I was going on a trip. They also informed me of a minor software recall that they handled. Told me It would be about 1 to 1.5 hrs to complete. It took about 1hr 15 min and they came and promplty informed me service was ccomplete. No problems here waiting area nice clean and comfortable.
