Every time I have my service done at that dealership they always over charge me from what they quote me, it’s shameful that they quote you a price over the phone and when you go to pay it’s always 10% to 20% always over charge me from what they quote me, it’s shameful that they quote you a price over the phone and when you go to pay it’s always 10% to 20% over. I called the service department 2x and left a message, never received a call back. The 3rd time I called Drew answered, made the appointment and followed through when I arrived. He was professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with. He also told me that my steering wheel needed adjusting and a loner car would be mine until my car was ready. He asked me to upload my license and insurance card. I reluctantly told him I didn’t know how to do that he immediately told me no problem and he took care of it and did without making me feel stupid!
