I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the Infinity of Melbourne Service Center recently. As a luxury vehicle service center, I would expect a much higher level of communication and accountabi Infinity of Melbourne Service Center recently. Over the past couple weeks, I called the service department three separate times and left messages, but I never received a callback. Ultimately, I had to go online myself just to schedule an appointment. When they came to get my vehicle, I also asked them to address oil spots inside my car. While they did perform a detail, which I appreciated, the oil spots were not addressed at all. These spots were actually caused during my previous visit when they replaced my turbos, so I was expecting them to correct the issue they created. Overall, I feel the service center has gone downhill. For a luxury brand dealership, the level of follow-up, communication, and attention to detail should be significantly better. There’s a lot of room for improvement. Not sure if I will bring my car back for service at this location or any Infiniti. Guess we’ll see. More

I went in for a $29. 95 oil change special expecting to be told I needed multiple repairs on my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when Drew told me I was all set and tha 95 oil change special expecting to be told I needed multiple repairs on my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when Drew told me I was all set and that there were recommendations listed with my bill and the prices so when I was ready to schedule the work I would know the costs. I was pleased at how it was handled. I will say I was a little disappointed that it took almost 3 hours for and oil change, especially when I was there at 0715. This is my only complaint. And Drew was very professional and accommodating of all my questions. I would recommend Drew to other customers. More

★☆☆☆☆ – Avoid This Dealership My vehicle was damaged while in the care of Infiniti of Melbourne on November 5, 2025. The service manager (Martin Hausen) acknowledged responsibility and agreed in writin while in the care of Infiniti of Melbourne on November 5, 2025. The service manager (Martin Hausen) acknowledged responsibility and agreed in writing to cover repairs. Months later (now May 1, 2026), the service manager delayed, stopped responding, and changed his position. The service manager “declined” to repair the damage, citing my son’s “unprofessionalism,” despite him simply stating the facts and reiterating Infiniti of Melbourne’s service department’s negligence. My son is a highly experienced, top-tier service advisor in the automotive industry, and his dealership would never treat a customer this way or refuse responsibility for damage caused under their care. Since the vehicle has a special metallic paint, I was highly concerned when the service manager initially had a mobile paint vendor assess the damage (who also confirmed it required proper body shop repair). Despite this, we were later directed to a body shop with consistently poor reviews citing unfinished work, poor workmanship, and lack of customer follow-up. When Martin Hausen had previously agreed to have my son’s dealership’s body shop complete the repair to ensure proper oversight and quality. There were also multiple vehicles fraudulently/incorrectly listed under my profile that I do not own, raising further concerns about their recordkeeping and professionalism. This reflects a lack of internal controls and oversight within their service department. What should have been a simple oil change turned into a 3-hour appointment and a damaged vehicle, which is completely unacceptable. Lack of accountability and unprofessional handling. Proceed with caution! More
