Overall a pleasant experience dealing with Bradshaw I have dealt with this dealership for many years now having purchased a G-35 back in 2006 and having all of the check-ups and oil changes done here. M I have dealt with this dealership for many years now having purchased a G-35 back in 2006 and having all of the check-ups and oil changes done here. Many dealerships do not appreciate individuals just "dropping in" without a previous appointment but this past Monday, I was having a battery problem and after visiting a local auto parts place and being told any new battery for my car would have to be installed by a professional, I decided to go to Bradshaw. Upon arriving I was welcomed without pause even though I had no previously scheduled appointment and was given a reasonable time period for checking and replacing the battery if needed plus any other routine work that might be needed on my G-35 that was overdue for routine servicing. I had been thinking about replacing my nearly 14 year-old vehicle anyway even though it was in great shape with only 26,000 miles on the odometer. It did not have all the newer safety features that today's autos offer and as I am getting up in years now, these new safety features mean more to me. Consequently, I left this dealership with a new QX-50 and sadly said goodbye to my G-35 that had served me faithfully for so many years. I hope this new vehicle will be as good as the one I just surrendered. More

Chris as well as Micheal are top notch. The waiting area is clean and welcoming as well as the total overall atmosphere. I remember Micheal stating to me during our initial visit that, he knew we could take our vehicle anywhere for service, but that we chose Bradshaw......and as a result of that, they were going work to earn our business. I highly recommend Bradshaw Service Dept., and was very impressed with every individual that I came in contact with! More

Service dept is not what it use to be Will not be dealing with Infiniti service anymore. Use to be a great place to take your car. The last couple of time were very disappointing. Missing parts I took my car in for a cam sensor and was told that cam sensor was bad on left side and so I decided to go to another shop because the part was over I took my car in for a cam sensor and was told that cam sensor was bad on left side and so I decided to go to another shop because the part was over priced now this was the second time I took my car to them for the same problem. The second shop that I took my car to noticed that that a screw was missing fro the left side of cam sensor and the right side was detached and that was causing my car to have problems after taking it to Bradshaw Infiniti. Bradshw Infiniti sabatoge my car to get me to keep coming back and giving me outrageous prices .i would not recommend anyone to go to them . More
Attitude toward customers is very poor. I will never go to the dealership again for any reason. I needed a $4 part, was stuck out of town, and they would not order it over the phone claiming the need to pr to the dealership again for any reason. I have been a customer for 9 years, and they would not take a chance on a $4 part for me. More
