Horrible Experience they tried to take advantage of me On August 31, 2016 while leaving work my car had a loud sound, similar to a loud motorcycle. So the next morning I had my car towed to the Infinity d On August 31, 2016 while leaving work my car had a loud sound, similar to a loud motorcycle. So the next morning I had my car towed to the Infinity dealership located at 3090 SATELLITE BLVD DULUTH, GA 30096. I was serviced by the service manager Gregg Brannan. The Next day he called me and stated to me that my cars’ exhaust was bad and asked have I gotten into a car accident or ever had my car at a body shop. I stated to him no and he said “well it looks like your car has been worked on because the original parts are no longer on your car.” I said to him how that could be if my car was brand new off of the infinity lot in Marietta, and my car has never been in an accident or anything. He insisted that my car parts where not from the manufacturer. Later that day when I got out of work I went to get my belongings from my car so my car could be towed to the infinity dealership in Marietta, located at 2020 COBB PARKWAY SOUTH, Marietta, GA 30060. Before leaving from the dealership in Duluth I spoke with the service manager Gregg Brannan; I wanted to verify what he stated to me via phone conversation. He told me that my cars’ exhaust was hit from some accident probably and the parts are not the manufacturer parts. I told him this can’t be, so he got the technitian Jonathan to explain to me what was going on and the tech stated from his examination of the car, it looked like it was hit and that my parts where not the original parts, also it looks like someone was trying to scrape off the stickers on the parts. So I became very upset and said ok well I will just take my car to the original dealership from where I purchased my car. For the record they were trying to charge me about $2,000 to fix my car. My car got towed to dealership in Marietta located at 2020 COBB PARKWAY SOUTH, Marietta, GA 30060. The service rep received my car from the tow company and told me once they examine the car they will call me. He called me the next day and told me my cars exhaust was messed up but the way it was messed up it couldn’t be from a hit or anything nor was my parts not manufacturer parts so they fixed my car no charge and I picked the car up in a few days since they had to wait on the parts to fix my car. They even provided me with pictures to show that the parts were all manufacturer parts and the sticker being scraped off was just wear and tear since the part was on the bottom of the car. My car was still under warranty, and I just think the Duluth dealership didn’t want to deal with my car so they told me anything and thought they would be able to get away with it. More
Thank you Mike treated us like top tier customers and didn't have that pushy salesman approach. He made every minute looking for the right car enjoyable. Always surprising, but never surprised. What stands out to me is the consistency of the service provided - whether that is sales, service, or finance. On my last visit to the Service Dept., I had a question for Finance, and before I could even ask for assistance, the Finance person (I wish I could recall his name) stepped out of his office and asked me if I needed anything. We ended up talking for 30 minutes, and in addition to answering my questions he gave me some tickets to the senior tour golf tournament! Please pass on my appreciation to the entire Gwinnett team - awesome job every time! Michael Manson More

We set up a test drive for the vehicle reviewed and it was ready by the time I arrived. Richard also took time to provide information on several alternates in the same price line. My experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was pleasant, informative, and no pressure. It was a casual conversation describing my needs and budget than a sales pitch when he was talking to me. After the test drive Richard put a few numbers together, I left and thought about it, a day later I decided to trade in my old vehicle. Although Infiniti of Gwinnett does not negotiate with online sales prices, Richard offered a deal that I could work with on my trade in. Also when I returned to complete the deal Richard pointed out a scratch that was missed by both of us on the initial test drive, but an agreeable discount was given and I proceeded with the purchase. It's been a few days since I purchased the vehicle, and Richard still follows up with me to see if I am satisfied with my purchase. He's also advised to let him know if I should have any concerns in the future. I'm very pleased with his level of customer service. I recommend Richard to anyone who's in the market for an Infiniti. "If My Tires Could Talk" If my tires could talk, they would say that the trade of my 2000 S430 Mercedes (of 12 yrs.) for my newly acquired 2013 M37 was a very special car buyi If my tires could talk, they would say that the trade of my 2000 S430 Mercedes (of 12 yrs.) for my newly acquired 2013 M37 was a very special car buying experience which was seamlessly integrated between both the sales and finance teams at INFINITI of Gwinnett. Through Divine Providence, they each worked throughout the entire process to ensure that my needs/desires were met with the BEST products and financing available! I left feeling less like I had completed a business transaction and more like I had established a trusting business/personal RELATIONSHIP with INFINITI and the members of its organization. SPECIAL THANKS to Vasile, Sam and Goran for providing excellence and quality in both their work and customer service! I had not purchased a car since 2005, and they patiently helped (individually and collectively) to answer all my questions and to ease all my anxieties! I am looking forward to even greater experiences over the course of my ownership! Wishing you the BEST of ALL things GOD and GOOD! More
