However, despite the vehicle being under an extended warranty, a recurring issue with my 2019 QX50 couldn’t be resolved, which unfortunately led me to trade it in. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and, at one point, walked away from me because he wanted to go the service I received from Mike at your dealership. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and, at one point, walked away from me because he wanted to go home. It was clear that he didn’t care about his responsibilities or the dealership’s reputation. The service department is horrible, the manager Anna C was shockingly unprofessional and rude. She screamed at me over the phone when I was frustrated and kept changing the price without any clear explana was shockingly unprofessional and rude.
