I then met one of the sales representatives and we looked through the dealer inventory of vehicles to test drive. The test drive was smooth and unassuming. The sales representative was not pushy and worked mainly in the facts. I came back later in the day to purchase the vehicle. The negotiation process was easy/simple and did not include the typical back and forth like stereotypical car negotiations go. Justin Rodgers was great and showed me all the technical bells and whistles and how they work. Very helpful. Finally the purchase and paperwork processes were stress free and simple. More

Mike was so down to earth and truly a pleasure to work with! (Hugs to Mike to Infiniti(y) and beyond!) He introduced me to John, who then gave me several options with car choice and was also very patient. I'm in sales myself, so I had certain expectations with regards to a "car salesman" approach, that did not happen. Instead, John was cool. We went on the longest test drive EVER! LOL. (ONLY because there were holiday festivities ending in town.) We got a good laugh at it. After I found the perfect car, I saw Sean who was also friendly. I felt comfortable speaking to him, that we got off subject and talked about personal life. That made me feel even more comfortable because this Infiniti of Naperville is VERY FAMILY ORIENTED, which I loved! (The people at THIS Infiniti of Naperville are real people, just like us customers!) I then visited with Justin, who showed me the list of features of my car and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. We also talked 'music' for a little while. He walked me to my new beautiful car. Justin was very knowledgeable, professional and nice! He expressed several times, if I had any questions, he was there to help. Justin is great with technology! I am truly appreciative of the people who helped me, the efficiency of their process from beginning to end and how everyone treated me so kind. I thought this would be a 'pretentious' dealer, but it was the complete opposite!! Very cool and genuine group of people. Oh! New Car Purchase & Customer Service I contacted this dealer and was connected to Deborah Hansen, from Internet Sales Manager. Talking to her felt as if I knew her for quite long time. Sh I contacted this dealer and was connected to Deborah Hansen, from Internet Sales Manager. Talking to her felt as if I knew her for quite long time. She was so kind and caring. I explained my needs in terms of model and options. I also told her that I am quite busy and will be unable to come in and play the negotiation game. She understood, she emailed me an amazingly competitive price, all was done on the phone. Then she followed up with emails regarding the extended warranties with prices. I told Ms. Hansen, that I do not like to spend a lot of time at the dealership and to please have all paperwork & financing ready so I can go in and out. She agreed and said by the time I get to them, all should be ready for me. This entire communication was almost 10 minutes & we were done with price, options & extended warranties. Upton my arrival I met some wonderful people there, my sales person John Schultz, very detailed and went over every important feature and uses in my new Infiniti QX60. He was extremely friendly and kind. John took all my fears of dealing with sales people in a dealership. He asked me over and over if he needs to explain anything else or if I have any question, I had none, as his explanations about why this car is special was flawless. After John, I met Paul Kay, the gentleman who have all the paperwork ready and the one that goes over single point. Meeting Paul would make you think that you been friends for a while he his care was obvious. Paul discussed every single item I needed to know and understand and he followed again with another summary of all the paperwork and also what to expect in the mail and advised me about service and warranty items. I felt like a king being in his office and I appreciate his kindness to me. Last but not least, Infiniti of Naperville kept the very special person for last, his name is Dallas Carlson. He is the young man with such a beautiful smile and a heart of an Angel. His kindness to me was so real and genuine, you will feel like family with Dallas. Dallas is the young gentleman in charge of going over every single button and feature on the new car. There were so many technological advancements in this care that would have been impossible for me to figure out with help. So I nicknamed him Professor Dallas the Tech Guru. He was so patient with me the day I took the car and today when I went back for more question. He even spent more time with us to also train my wife and was totally hands on. One more thing to mention about Dallas besides his deep knowledge and patience is his beautiful smile. You can't help cracking some funny things just to see this young man laughing, it is so pure. I wish I see Dallas again and again and again. I feel this man is a friend for life, similar to Ms. Hansen, John, and Paul. A special mention to the receptionist Ann, Ursula and Alexis, such polite ladies and very detailed to make sure communication is smooth and perfect. They all reminded me as if they been through A Leadership Through Quality Training, but from the heart. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. My entire purchase time was close to 20 minutes or so. With Dallas for training was 20 minutes day of purchase and 30 minutes today, September 1, 2017. More
