This is the first car I have bought on my own since I got out of college last year. I have to say that this was an incredible experience both from the test drive standpoint, to the sales/finalization proces out of college last year. I dealt with a new salesman named Seth, who was being trained by Dennis Lowry. We tried out MANY different cars, with several different packages, and in the end I found a car that suited my needs exactly!! The sales staff was very informative about the operations of the car, and trust me there are a lot of little things even I wouldn't have thought it could do!! When it came down to buying the car I dealt with the sales Manager Amir, and in conjunction with Seth we worked out a fair price :-) Delivery was fabulous and although I didn't have a lot of time to go over every function of the car with the staff, they provided me with an opportunity to go over them again, but they would come to my home and do this with me! I have had several followup calls from Seth to make sure I am happy with the car, as well as to see if I have any questions thus far. One great perk of buying here, I must add, is the Trackdays which I am so excited to attend!! Shortly after, Amir and Robbie worked closely with me to find the exact vehilce with all the options I was looking for. Making such a purchase over the internet can be intimidating, however the folks at Infinit of Scottsdale made the entire purchasing experience a breeze, they gave me a terrific deal and exceptional service. My wife and I flew into Phoenix to pick up our new car. Robbie picked us up at the airport, and showed us all the features of the G37, Lee stayed late on a Saturday night to close the sale, Courtney had all the paperwork done in advance which was helpful. Even with the travel expenses of airline tickets,hotel and weekend expenses, I came out ahead of what the others dealers had offered. Infiniti of Scottsdale is about 600 miles from home buth they have continued to follow up long distance to make sure I am satisfied. I had really intended to buy a new EX from another Infiniti dealer in northern Phoenix, but they didn't have the color combination I thought I wanted and went to Scottsdale to see the car in 'person'. When Frank Flores greeted me, I pretty much told him that and expected either a brush off or a hard sell, demeaning the other dealer. Instead, he was friendly, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable about the 'sorting out' process and spent nearly an hour with me in their offsite lot showing me how the nav system works and answering questions. There was no hard sell. As I prepared to leave, he introcuced me to the sales manager and I girded my loins in preparation for the attack, but it never came (like in the aforementioned rival). Their parting comment was, "Once you make up your mind on the color, come back and see us." When I did have a chance to go back, Frank was on vacation, so I worked with Cinda Seipel. She treated me with the same, no pressure respect I had received from Frank. They worked with me on the price so it was comperable with the "we're very aggressive and nobody can beat us, you're a fool if you don't buy from us" attitude, but without the attitude. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Oh, they also stood behind a verbal commitment on window tinting. Once again, I expected to be in for a battle. There was none. Only friendly customer service. Amazing. More

Hands down , I would buy a car from this dealership and specifically from Kerry who we thought was a very friendly, knowledgeable sales person. As soon as we were greeted, he gave us an overview of the car we were interested in (FX35). He demonstrated just about every feature and benefit of the car. We mostly loved that he could do it right from the lobby floor without having to ask to turn the car on. The other infiniti dealership did not have their car turned on so you couldn't "play" with the new technology package unless you requested it. We haven't made our final decision on which car to buy, but if it is the FX35, we will buy it fron Kerry. More

The finance person was the same one I dealt with two years ago, she was very knowledgeable about the warranty options, and all the extras that a person may want for their vehicle.
