Wasted a lot of time here I drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car here (twice). I Informed salesperson I was very interested. I made an appointment to have the car inspected by a me I drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car here (twice). I Informed salesperson I was very interested. I made an appointment to have the car inspected by a mechanic. And hopefully close a deal. I showed up and the sales person was gone and nobody had a clue. They were resistive at first to let me inspect the car. I paid for a mechanic to look at it. I asked them to put a hold on the vehicle and they said sure. When the sales person returned, he informed me that it had been sold out from underneath me. This was not very courteous in my opinion, and is reflective of the other bad comments about this dealership. I would never come back here again and and I am sad I wasted so much time and money on this bad experience. Their used cars are priced over blue book and not certified. More

He gathered my information in less that 30 minutes. I asked him to connect with me via e-mail. After an hour or so, they were REALLY close to what I was asking for. Thousand Oaks Infiniti actually made me an offer closer to what I was looking for but I'm an loyal person and both Jerson and Weston both appreciated my loyalty. We did the deal the next morning and couldn't be happier with the service. More

He helped modify the service to save time and money. He arranged for a loaner vehicle. Although I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle before the service department closed, Zachary was the following morning and had my vehicle ready in a few minutes.
