He even had someone come to my house, pick up my car, replace the steering wheel, and bring it back to me so I would not be inconvenienced. The shop also took care of a recall at the same time which I greatly appreciated. Updated to 4 stars. More
Worst Service Center Ever. I had a new car that was due for it's first oil change. After taking it in the engine completely seized up. At first was told nothing was eve I had a new car that was due for it's first oil change. After taking it in the engine completely seized up. At first was told nothing was even wrong with the car, but upon further inspection, they determined that the entire engine assembly needed to be replaced. Fast forward a few months and now I need to take my car in for the safety recall. They have cancelled 2 appointments on me. I finally received a voicemail, saying they won't service my vehicle for a SAFETY RECALL!!!! More

Rose Cochran is GREAT Service Writer, polite and courtesy. I bought a used Buick in 2019 we had problem with the vehicle. Rose took care of it under warranty in 1 day. I would not recommend buying from them nor getting serviced. When I bought my Santa Fe from them I was told there would be Free Lifetime Guarantee car wash service. They turned me away today. I bought the car from them 6 yrs ago... asked is the guarantee expired, and they said no but it was due to Covid. But I saw two other cars go thru the wash. Then was told it was because they got service today... Second, their service center is AT LEAST 20-25% ABOVE quotes I had received on two other service needs this year. I took my less than a year old Hyundai in for routine service (oil change). I was talked into doing a tire rotation by the service advisor, and I consented. Since this was my second oil change (first p service (oil change). I was talked into doing a tire rotation by the service advisor, and I consented. Since this was my second oil change (first performed at another Hyundai dealer), I thought I had an idea what it would cost. However, I was shocked to learn, after the service was completed, how high the cost was. I tried to get an explanation on the invoice, as it was very confusing, but the service advisors would not. They would not answer how much an oil change even cost, just kept saying it was higher. It wasn't until I did the math (subject the tire service cost, which I did ask prior to work being completed), and directly ask if the cost of the oil change was certain price did they respond yes. I did more research into the service requirement and learned that the tire rotation could have waited another 1500 miles. I also learned that they used different oil type than what is recommended for my vehicle and charged me for an oil additive. I contacted the service manager with my concerns in detail and asked for some clarification with the invoice and what parts were used and why. However, it has been over two weeks and I have yet to get a response from him. More
