The concern as written on receipt is wrong The concern A for invoice 44911 indicates “customer states when emergency brake pedal is pressed it does not always engage, brakes have to be pressed The concern A for invoice 44911 indicates “customer states when emergency brake pedal is pressed it does not always engage, brakes have to be pressed very hard to slow vehicle down”. This sentence described 2 completely different issues. The emergency brake is not pressed to slow vehicle down. The second issue deals with the regular brakes. The cause section therefore makes no sense. What cause goes with what concern? Then i was charged 57.50 for this section A. More
Wasted Trip I received not one (1) but two (2) emails telling me that there were recalls on my car and I needed to schedule service. Got to the dealership and was told that there were no recalls that needed fixing at that time and that I had received the emails in error. Not a Happy Camper! More
