Yes, the car we purchased was used, but after the service team finished, the car looked new. When my daughter picked up the car they filled the tank with gas, gave her flowers, and a certificate to eat at the diner. I wanted to tell you what a great experience I had when dealing with Karyn Ingram, in the finance department. She was amazing and was able to get us a lower rate on my loan. The day I bought the car, Imperial closed at 6, I left there at 10:30, and she stayed with us the whole way. You have a great team. She is the best finance person I have ever dealt with. My husband and I have bought many cars from Imperial,either the ford or Dodge dealership. We have even brought family members to by cars from Imperial. If it was not for there great dealership, we would have gone elsewhere, but we have not. We will continue to buy cars from Imperial. His approach was not the stereotypical, cheesy "car salesman" approach we have all grown to disgust as car-buyers; we felt safe in Ed's hands and appreciated his honesty. At no point did he pressure us or show us anything that did not meet the exact criteria we used to make our purchase. I can honestly say that I looked forward to meeting with Ed each and every time, as we always shared more than one laugh. It is a fact that Edward Kelley is the hardest working sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With a great attitude and strong focus, Eddie is the kind of guy that can, "make it happen". Once we found the vehicle we wanted the process was quick and easy, and we genuinely believe that the price agreed upon was not just fair; it was the best price we could find anywhere in the country! Because we chose to finance the greater portion of the cost, we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Karyn Ingram, the "Queen of Finance" as she was referred to by her peers. Karyn is the greatest finance specialist I have ever worked with. The information she shared was clearly communicated as much as it was intuitive. Again, just as Eddie, Karyn made us feel extremely comfortable. My wife and I were very impressed by her knowledge and felt as though she had our best interest in mind. She flipped our thought process from simply buying a car to understanding that we were making an investment. When we receive our loan book we plan to go back and consult with her on the best method for meeting the obligation of our loan balance. Terrible experience, first saleman Ed kelley was too busy playing with his phone so he sent us to a young man who has worked there for 3 weeks. We went to this dealership to purchase a beautiful low mileage Chrysler 300C. We were coming from over 3 hours away, and had called the dealership prior to our visit to get an accurate description of the mileage Chrysler 300C. They were right on the money with their description, and did not hide anything. Discussed price of the vehicle we were purchasing as well as the value of our trade in. They did not play any games. They were very professional, upfront and courteous. Al was great to deal with. The car was missing the owner's manual, floor mats, and another small trim part. They promised to take care of all of those items and mailed them to my doorstep within a week. Highly recommended, would buy from them again. Certainly better than any of the dealers I have been to in the Long Island, New York area where we live. As a bonus, this had to be one of the coolest dealerships we had ever been in with the way it was decorated. We loved hanging out in there while they detailed our car. More

I did wind up buying a used vehile and everything went so smooth I couldnt believe it. I would recomend this dealership to anyone and anyone who leaves a negative coment either dosent know there cars or is the type of person that no matter what you do your not going to please them. Found a car online, called Mark and discussed price, got the price went there the next day, only to get a different price, then they try to scam you on the trade by giving you less then Blue Book and adding the price went there the next day, only to get a different price, then they try to scam you on the trade by giving you less then Blue Book and adding the 1000.00 for the 2004 or newer trade in, Everything is an excuse, Then the salesman(Rich) calls you and when you call him back he doesnt even know who you are. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there!!!! More
