My Review of Infiniti of Gwinnett:
I worked with Terrence Lanham on the purchase of a 2011 G37 sedan. Sometimes buying a car can be exhausting, but this certainly wasn't the case. Terrence was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions about the car. The entire buying process was done over the telephone and by email, but Terrence was always available to talk to me. He has followed up with me on some questions I had after the completion of the sale and this is greatly appreciated. It tells me that he cares about his customers and wants to make sure that they are satisfied. This will be the 3rd Infiniti I've owned and if this one is like the previous 2, I know I will enjoy it for many years to come. I want to thank Terrence and Infiniti of Gwinnett for a pleasant, comfortable, and effortless buying experience.

My Review of Infiniti of Gwinnett:
Being in sales myself, I can certainly admire Don's stellar professionalism and customer service. I was in the market for a used G37coupe and he made this process so easy and seamless from the beginning.

I gave him all of my requirements and preferred monthly payments and not only did he match my expectations...he exceeded them. He was able to present me with different options and then ultimately found me a fantastic deal within days.

We got all of the paperwork out of the way before I even got to meet him in person. I absolutely endorse Don Wrobel and Infiniti of Gwinnett and will recommend Don to all of my friends and family. Thanks Don!

Terrence Lanham is an assett to his company. He was very informative and thorough during the demostration of the 3 vehicles that we were considering. His professionalism and calm demeanor allowed us to process all of the information without feeling like we were being pressured. He took his time and addressed our concerns. We had a pleasant experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett. We will definitely purchase from Terrence and Infiniti of Gwinnett whenever we decide to purchase another vehicle.

Terrence from the start was very professional. We notified him of what we were looking for and what our expectations were and he made sure everything was met. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling from the time he approached us to the first test drive. The test drive was not only adventurous but informative. After the test drive Terrence did not hound us but was always available to answer any questions we may have had. Terrence is an outstanding car salesman and makes buying a car a comfortable experience. When we were ready to make the purchase the process was professional and not time consuming at all. We will definitely recommend Terrence to anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle.

I bought a new JX35 yesterday and Richard Ball and Dragan Cvorovic were great to deal with. It was the best car buying experience. I would highly recommend Richard Ball. He as very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the new car when we took delivery. I look forward to working with Richard again when I am in the market for my next Infiniti M series.

My Review of Infiniti of Gwinnett:
I purchased a 2011 Infiniti M37X on 2/27/12 from a great sales associate Terrance Lanham. The buying side of this transaction was great. The car is great but a strange thing happened on 3/15/12. The driver's side leather seat split. I tried to have another Infiniti dealer closer to my home take care of the issue but was told it would not be covered under warranty. I did not accept that answer and asked to speak to an Infiniti representative. Two weeks later I received a call from a regional service manager, Jon Lehman, who stated that the seat would not be covered under warranty. He would not even take the time to see the car in person. I contacted the service manager for Gwinnett, Herb Hoffman, who basically buried his head in the sand. He has not offered to do anything. It's amazing when you purchase an Infiniti the sales associate introduces you to everyone in the service department and they all say they are there for you anytime you have an issue but when something strange, like my seat, happens they ALL bury their heads in the sand. Infiniti cars are great but the service is terrible from the dealership up to the regional office.

My Review of Infiniti of Gwinnett:
A loyal customer of Hennessey Lexus (8yrs) with 2 purchases and 100% servicing; left me with a broken transmission on a 150k Lexus SUV.

Deciding to shop Infinity of Gwinnett, I enjoyed the freedom to look and drive as many cars I wanted at a pace that made it possible for me to assess as many cars needed to select the one I wanted in a total of half a day! In less than 5 hours I selected and drove off with the car I am happy to say is now mine. My experience buying did have one disappointment which was glady addressed by the dealership. What a pleasant surprise from a dealership!

In addition to the purchase, there were a few issues on the car that the dealership agreed to fix so I made the appointment with the service department a week later. My experience with the Service team was more than impressive! They did not over comment and under deliver - it was quite the opposite. They met and in some cases exceeded promise and expectation - my family, friends and I were totally impressed with the way my car was taken care of. I feel confident the service department at this dealership will take good care of my car in the years to follow.

My decision to switch from Lexus to Infinity of Gwinnet was a good one.
