My Review of Infiniti of Scottsdale:
I recently leased the G37 Coupe from Infiniti of Scottsdale. Everyone I worked with was very accomodating and made sure I was completely happy with my decision. I will highly recommend Infiniti of Scottsdale to others in the future. The Director of Sales Mr. Amir Zodj was very helpful and took the time to meet with me personally to discuss my options. He is an amazing asset to Infiniti. He also helped me with the lease of my previous car the M35. My overall experience was an A+ I have purchased/leased many cars in the past and this was by far the best experience.

My Review of Infiniti of Scottsdale:
I attempted to buy a new suv from this dealer. When I arrived at the dealer I was greated by a wonderful lady named Cinda. She showed me 2 vehicles and I liked a different vehicle than Amir picked out for me. He was very rude and intimidating as I tried to deal for the more expensive vehicle that I liked. He finnaly told me he didnt want my trade in or my deal in a very insulting manner. Amir is a loose canon and avoid this dealership and Amir at all costs.

My Review of Infiniti of Scottsdale:
I purchased my G35 coupe from the fleet department at Midway Infiniti, but I now visit Scottsdale Infiniti for their great service department. Everyone is friendly and helpful, service is done quickly, and the waiting area is comfortable. I considered trying Pinnacle Infiiniti, but they were rude on the phone, and I've had others tell me they're rude in person.<br><br>I highly recommend the service department at Scottsdale Infiniti. Brothers Tom &amp; Tracy Andrews go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. This is customer service as it should be.

I've had my Q45 in to Eric for service for years and he and the rest of the dealership staff have been excellent. The technicians always fix my car right the first time and it's done when promised. If you need your Infiniti serviced or repaired, these are the guys, they're great.

Went to buy a coupe and trade in my corvette. Went to all three PHX area stores. They gave me the most for my trade, a good price (and the car I wanted) and really good finance terms. Nice Folks.

My Review of Infiniti of Scottsdale:
Very friindly but typical pressure by the sales manager like any Van Tuhl dealership, hanging onto your car as you try to drive away. Sales manager swore that the color and equiptment I wanted was not available anywhere in the Western US region. Next day I saw it was available as requested at Bell Infinity, guess Infinity dealers don't work together well. A week later they still haven't been able to register the vehicle.

My Review of Infiniti of Scottsdale:
I shopped these guys a couple times, but situations dictated no deal. I keep going back will keep going back. <br><br>Last fall I helped a friend by a car there when the local dealer tried to stiff him. The sales staff was competent talking over the phone (no, &quot;yeeaah, why don't you come in and...&quot; type stuff), they were great in person, great inventory, aggressive pricing. What more could you want? Go buy your Infiniti there! <br>
