I have had good experiences with Ira in the past. However, on this occasion I dropped my car off on a Saturday with the expectation that it would be ready by the end of the day. This was for a basi However, on this occasion I dropped my car off on a Saturday with the expectation that it would be ready by the end of the day. This was for a basic 10k service, not a complex or time consuming job. I was emailed an inspection report late in the afternoon, as it turned out 20 minutes before closing time, but was never notified that my car was ready to be picked up. I called shortly after, no answer, and went over shortly after and the dealer was closed, with no one there to get my car back. As such I had to drive around in a much smaller, undersized loaner car in terrible weather that could not fit 2 hockey bags. Inexplicable that you wouldn’t call your customer to notify them their car was ready and make them drive around for two additional days in a loaner car. Disappointing More
