I brought my car in to be fixed in three areas before my extended warranty expired. The technician did a multi-point inspection and recommended extra services AND had me pay $198 to diagnose the problem bec extended warranty expired. The technician did a multi-point inspection and recommended extra services AND had me pay $198 to diagnose the problem because the indicator light wasn’t currently on. The diagnosis ended up being a faulty battery, which they were going to charge an extra $100 to install. They kept mentioning that their battery came with a three year warranty, unlike other places. It is common for a battery to come with a three year warranty. In the end, they only actually fixed one of my three issues, but charged me $327! This is Not including the overpriced battery charge, which I didn’t get. I also noticed on the technician’s multi point inspection that he flagged that I could use a new cabin air filter. I had just replaced that exactly a week before. This makes me question the integrity dealer and any suggestions he might have for my car. In the end, he blamed a faulty battery for the backlight of a toggle switch being out in addition to the warning about my headlights… I am not sure if my new battery will fix this issue, but I am glad I could stop by Costco and purchase a new battery with a 3 year warranty for $150 less than Ira was charging me… More

Super friendly team, fast check-in, and quick turnaround. My Laison Yvonne was welcoming, helpful, and on top of things.
