My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
At all times, Nelson Medrano was a perfect gentleman and did everything to make our experience a pleasant and rewarding one. While Toyota certainly was happy to make a sale, I never experienced undue pressure to purchase a vehicle from them. My experience with the finance manager was also a very positive one and once again, I was never pressured to purchase any additional finance/warranty options. The vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and all of the paperwork was completed in a very satisfactory fashion.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
Chris Okafor helped me get my first car which was a 2009 Toyota Camry. The car was reliable just as he said it would be. I now drive a 2010 Toyota Camry and he also helped me get a lower monthly lease payment with no money out of my pocket. Mr. Okafor was EXTREMELY pleasant throughout the entire transaction and even stayed late to make sure I was able to drive away in my new vehicle because it would be very inconvenient for me to make another trip to the dealership. That day he had somewhere to be in another state but sacrificed his time to save me time and we all know that time is money. Thanks Mr. Chris Okafor and the Danvers Toyota dealership!!

This is my seventh car I've purchased from Ira in the past three years.Usually I deal only with Michael Garabedian,whom I trust and has always given me exempliary service..This time he introduced me to Gezehagne ,and his sales manager,Chris...My experience could not have been better. These gentlemen were prompt and all things were done as promised on time......I was in the buisiness for many years.I have seen the good and the bad...I strongly reccomend these gentlemen and (IRA) the dealership that they represent,for hosesty,integrity,promptness,and the best deals and service i've seen anywhere else!!!!!!!! Ira Toyota of Danvers - Samuel Mistiva was great. His manager Keith Henderson was great. No fooling around - just busines and we made a great deal with out any games. Thanks. I was very impressed and happy to do business. You are lucky to have Samuel. I will recommend Samuel to all my business associates and friends. I would like to express my appreciation to Ira Toyota for a pleasant car buying experience. For several months, I've been on the quest to find a good deal on my always dream car, Toyota Camry, but always had to wait for a better opportunity. We, the customers, have the choices to shop around and compare. Between other Toyota dealers, I chose Ira Toyota and I'm glad I did. Since you have a professional and friendly staff, I don't regret my decision on conducting business with you. There were other opportunities to buy in dealers throughout woburn and atlantic, but after I visited your dealer, I had no doubt I was in the right place.
Starting from my first contact, Mr. Arora, sales representative, who conducted himself in a very patient, professional and pleasant way, to the financing Department, (sorry, I cannot remember his name), who helped me get a better options than the one I had in previous car. For all of you, behind the scenes personnel, I want to say thank you.
I was first interested in one Venza you had on your lot couple of month ago. At that time, Ricky Arora, the sales representative handed me his business card and explained about all what I was looking for, but because of his great customer service, I wanted to come back I have the same sales representative. Fortunately, Mr. Arora was there again, and it was my choice to conduct business again. Mr. Arora is an asset to your company and I wanted to let you know. All the way from the beginning interview asking me what I was looking for, to my choices, to my test drive and to the end of the deal. I have to say that day I was not planning to buy, but to ask questions, but I was so convinced, that I walked out with my dream car. I went by myself and had no second driver, but your personnel kindly followed over phone. Definitely Ricky Arora an asset to this dealership. I'll be back soon for another vehicle to him.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
I normally hate the new car buying experience, but enjoyed my interaction with IRA Toyota in Danvers. We were torn between the Honda Oddyssey and the Sienna, but ultimately chose the Sienna due to the service we received. Samuel bent over backwards to ensure we were happy with our purchase and the sales managers worked with him to fully satisfy a pretty tough customer (me) and a tougher customer (my wife). Thanks Samuel for putting us into our new vehicle.
