My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
Went in looking to lease a new vehicle and was given clear and honest options. After some negotiating, we came to a mutually beneficial agreement on a trade-in and then closed the deal. Aiman was very helpful from the the moment we arrived and catered to our specific needs. We needed to try different cars with our car-seat and child to get an accurate feel for the car and we were able to do so without hassle. Overall it was a great experience and we plan to go back for the next vehicle.

I can say just the best,best ever for IRA Toyota Danvers,but the best and wow is Aiman Varoqua.He help as a lot when we bay our car,so we find not just a car in good deal but and a very good friend.Thank you Aiman.So,if you read this and you want to bay a car,go to IRA Toyota in Danvers and ask for Aiman to help you to find the right car for you in best price.I was looking for 3 months in other dealers and I was so disappointed with the way how they treat me,but with Aiman you feel like part of a family that take care for your needs.Thank you Aiman Varoqua for everything,it was so nice to talk with you and now I really can enjoy my new Corolla 2012.I wish you the best my new friend.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
I went to Danvers because they got back to quickly and with a resonable quote. I then went to the showroom in Danvers and met Ray Liimatainen in the parking lot. We told him that we were an internet customer and he looked us up and found that we were looking for a Camry XLE Hybrid. He immediately got us to a car in the lot that ahd the options that we ere looking for. Before we test drove he explained all the things that we had questions on and explained them in a very clear and concise way that my wife and I were impressed. Then he had me drive the car toa destination then with my wife driving back. He was talking constantly telling us what options are doing as we drove, We felt very comfortable with him. After the test drive we went thru the parking lot finding the color that my wife was so insistant on. We found several and compared until My wife Chris was satisfied. The exact car was not in the lot but as soon as we got into the showroom Ray Liimatainen found it and we started negotiating. I am 63 and have bought many new cars and this was not pushy and was friendly, I have seen some bad salesmen in my day but not Ray Liimatainen. We walked away that sunday afternoon feeling that we got exactle what we looking for at a fair price, The trade in value of my 2003 camry XLE was the only thing a was really trying to push and he did raise that value.I have gone 615 miles and am averaging 42.6 MPG. I am extatic with my new car and will tell all my friends and have told my extended family how great it was to work with Ray Liimatainen and IRA Danvers.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
Was trying to get a FJ Cruiser roof rack, and after getting there they said they werent able to do it because it was not a TOYOTA one, when they guranteed over the phone that they were able to. It was a waste of 2 hours of my day as I drove there and wait til they came and said they were able to.
Not only that, but they also gave me different quotes over the phone in terms of price and installation fee.
A completely waste of time, that wouldnt recomment it to anybody who values their time.

When can you associate the words honest, respectful, patient and gentlemanly with a car salesman? When you are talking about Ricky Arora at Ira of Danvers. Because of this superb salesperson, I have returned to Ira for every new vehicle purchased over many, many years. I have recommended him to friends and family alike and I have never heard one criticism. Thank you, Mr. Arora for making a new car purchase stress free.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
My wife and I were looking for a new car, and we found a nice one on the internet. After doing our own research we were already sold on the vehicle, we just needed to take it for a test drive and how it's feel. Upon arrival at the dealership, we meet a sales person Chris Okafor In the begning he was nice and later showing attitude.
Not knowing we fully intended to purchase the vehicle. After some time he went on car salesman mode. By that I mean he was pushy and tried to rush us into a decision without even seeing a car. We wanted to test drive first.
That coupled with company policies, that wouldn't allow the vehicle to leave the lot without kept saying are you buying today or just looking?
We heard saying his co-worker a salesperson they just wasting time, not buying.
"If time be of all things the most precious, wasting time must be the greatest prodigality"
He embrassed us. made it diffcult for us to a true assessment of the dealership. We were recommend by our family friend who recently bought a new camry and his father a new highlander from Ira Toyota. He After reluctantly deciding to purchase the vehicle, we came out and left. When I asked the sales person for a minute to think, he rudely replied, & quot;You don't think in this when you come here, when you come in here you are ready to buy, you should do your thinking out there on the floor.& quot; The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. As someone who interacts with the public on a daily basis my wife was appalled that they would speak to a potential paying customer in such a manner. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, NOT to ask for him. I do recommend this dealership because they have a great Inventory and Price but not this sales person.

Aiman was an exceptional sales representative. He was polite and accommodating and easy to talk to. He went over and above to please us explaining everything in detail which added to our pleasurable experience.
We are very happy we purchased our Camry at Ira Toyota.

We were also surprised and pleased to receive the Toyota 2 year free service program including the free car washes. :-)

We will certainly recommend Ira Toyota.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
I went into the dealership on a Sunday, when it was extremely busy. I could tell that Ricky was very busy but he fit some time in to get me an appraisal on my car. The appraisal value of my car was shocking (in a bad way) but he called me the next day with a much better offer. Over the next few days we negotiated a payment on a new 2012 Camry that would work for me. Ricky was very understanding, patient, and respectful thoughout the whole process, from the moment he first approached me all the way through the car registration process. Everyone knows that buying a car is usually a lose-lose situation and can be aggravating but I got a great deal and received fabulous, fair service from Ricky!!!!!!
