My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
A quick note to let you know how much we appreciate the salesman Ricky Arora.
I was just looking all dealers rating and about their review. Found most Ricky’s and his phone number on one of review. We decided to contact him for test drive. He was very pleasant, answered and at the get-go was courteous, professional, and refreshingly direct.
We had just literally walked out on a deal from Woburn Toyota for the very same vehicle. We had the paperwork, and checkbook in hand for down payment and they offended us in every way. After that, we were willing to take the 20 minute drive through traffic to avoid working with the Woburn Toyota sales team. We went to Toyota of Lynn way (what ever is the name of that dealership in Lynn way) again same story sales man was not happy to show car until you are ready to buy. You have to commit than and there he never let us in to sit and talk about price and options.
Next day we decided to visit Ira.
You need to know, that Ricky was nut pushy, extremely knowledgeable, presented a “Can-Do” attitude, and gave us a very fair price without all of the sales-speak and usual time wasting “..well he’s not going to like this, but I gotta talk to my manager…” and making us wait for 15 minutes each go-round. Ricky Arora made the usually uncomfortable, stress-filled car buying experience easy. He was quick and efficient. He is our new best friend.
He introduced manager kastro was also very accommodating and friendly, worked together with us. We apprecite their input and team effort.
On all occassion Ricky was very pleasant.
In closing, we like him so much, we decided to buy a second new car from him. As soon as the 2010 Prius package V Blizzard white, bisque leather to is in, I will come down to seal the deal on that one too.
As a business owner myself, I like to reward the good employees. From my point of view, Ricky Arora is one of your best! He must be rewarded !
Our experience with Ira Toyota is the FIRST positive experience I've ever had with a car dealership, in my 45 years. We were definitely going with a small dealership to find my car, not willing to subject myself to a car dealership ever again in my lifetime. But my salesman, Ricky, was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend him and Ira Toyota to anyone - without reservation. The financial officer is the first one I've ever dealt with who I felt did not try to trick me or rack up additional fees. The whole experience was pleasant and stress free, and I walked out with my beautiful Sienna in record short time!!
