Luis was extremely nice and thoughtful throughout the whole process. He helped me try and find the best purchase for me. He made the buying process fun by singing to us in the car. My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
This is the third time in six years I have made a purchase or lease with Ira Toyota of Danvers, MA. The first time, late fall of 2003, My wife and I had our minds set on an SUV and had made trips to several other area dealers. We ended up in Ira, test drove an 03 Avalon and bought it. Since that day we have been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. Our lease this year of a Rav4 was by far the best. We weren't in the best of financial states and our current lease was about to expire. Between Martha, the sales person and Dave, the sales manager, My wife and I were taken care of better than we had dreamed. Not only will I recommend Ira to any one who will listen to me, I will continue to make all of my vehicle purchases with Ira in perpetuity.

I am very pleased with Toyota Camry 2010 that I have just purchased from Ira Toyota. They did not push any car on me and in fact, Ricky Arora helped me find something that would best suite me. He kept in mind both my budget as well knowing my needs and expectation for a new car. I thought I wouldn't be able to afford a new car because I was up side down on my trade and was looking for a 08 or 09 used car with very low millage but he suggested why you should buy a New Car? I got a better car, Even after purchasing the car, everyone there is willing to continue to answer questions and assist me. I was able to finance the car through their finance department and finance person was very helpful as he helped me get a monthly payment to the rate I needed to be able to make the purchase. They are not nice and helpful to get you to buy their car, but they still provide the same attention afterwards to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You never know your options until you go in to the dealership and listen to what they have to say. If anything, go ahead and contact them and you can start emailing back and forth to get initial answers answered. By the time you make it in they will be ready to make appropriate recommendations to you.
Had a great pleasurable experience with Ricky Arora(Salesman). The Most talented, knowledgeble and professional person. He knows what he is doing. Even I went back to get my registration, inspection sticker and protection coating on my car he was waiting for me to help. I am very pleased with his service such a nice person.
I RECOMMEND TO ALL CAR BUYERS THIS SALES PERSON RICKY ARORA AND THE DEALERSHIP.

The place is a dump and the service is the worst I have ever seen...I spent 20 minutes in the parking lot..Once a salesman finally approached me, his phone rang and decided his plans for later that night needed to be made on that call instead of tending to his customers..The manager Jaho or something like that said I'll look into into it after I complained about the service and then asked me if there was anything else he can do...are u S*&^^%$G me?......Yeh there is something else you can do...learn how to treat your customer right and have your salesmen do the same...BTW I ended up going to Woburn Toyota and got my 4 Runner for 800 less (same exact everything) than what Ira was advertising..so I guess crappy customer service does have it's good points...

I just want to state that our experience at Ira was fantastic. Our sales professional, Chris Okafor really helped us find that perfect car that we wanted. I bought a used car from Ira 3 years ago, and convinced my boyfriend to buy his new car there also. We could not have done it with out Chris's expertise and professionalism. The car we really wanted was not even on the lot yet and he made it happen for us, and found us the car (Corolla S).
I will be sending anyone who asks about a dealership to Ira and to ask for Chris Okafor.
I again just want to thank him for helping us find that car we truly wanted that fits into our budget.

I just wanted to share my wonderful happy experience with others. I came to Toyota with my parents, looking to purchase a small car and found myself being waited on hand and foot by this dealer. They really exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. I wasn't sure what I truly wanted when I walked in but Ricky Arora really helped me anaylize and figure out what my needs were. Ricky treated me as a sister and made me feel so warm and welcome. I felt as if I got A++ service and a wonderful deal on my new car. Ricky helped me realize that I needed to purchase a vehicle that I need, not want. We all want everything but he helped me see what I would actually get the most use out of as well s savings. This car fits me to a T! After I brought my Car home, not only was I getting comments about how wonderful it was, but how it truly fit my personality. I can honestly say Ricky really read me well and knew who I was after only speaking with me for 1 day. I just wanted to test drive. Actual car and color I wanted was not in there. He gave me an assurance and got car in 4 days.
I was very happy o see my car. I love it. He truly was a wonderful salesman, (even my parents love him) and he really made me feel comfortable and confident in the overall sale. He even sent me an email after. That's respect. Thanks for a wonderful transaction and a wonderful experience Ricky, I feel like I now have a brother in the business. I will be refering Ricky along with Ira Toyota in Danvers to all of my friends and family.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
My recent purchase of two 2010 Camrys for my daughter and son from IRA was a very positive experience. From my initial contact with Christopher Okafor through the sales, purchase and registration processes, I was always treated in the most professional manner. Any questions I had were always addressed in a very responsive and satisfactory way. I had been a long standing customer of IRA going back to 1990 when I purchased one of the first Toyota Lexus 400 vehicles. I serviced that car at IRA for every check-up, and as a result, it lasted for over 15 years (270K miles). My parents are both customers of IRA, and I have instructed my daughter and son to make sure they take their new cars into IRA for every servicing.

I highly recommend IRA for both purchasing a Toyota as well as for servicing Toyotas.
