My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
ON 10-31 I LEASED MY THIRD CAR FROM IRA. I NEVER "BOUGHT-LEASED" 3 CARS FROM A DEALER BEFORE. FROM THE 1st ONE THREE YRS AGO TO THIS ONE, THEY WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY GIVE AUTO DEALERS A GOOD NAME; NOT SO OTHER DEALERS IN MY 40 YRS BUYING NEW CARS. WE HAD THE USUAL BACK & FORTH BUT ONCE WE WERE IN AGREEMENT, IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF WAITING TO PICK UP THE CAR AND I DID THAT IN ONLY A FEW HRS. THEY KNEW I WAS A THREE-PETE CUSTOMER AND THEY WANTED ME TO BUY AGAIN. I WAS A FAITHFUL NISSAN BUYER (7 BOUGHT IN MY FAMILY OVER MANY YRS) AND A SALESMAN WHO WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE A SHOWROOM AFTER I TOLD HIM I HAD TO LEAVE, MADE ME DECIDE TO TRY IRA TOYOTA. I HAD NO INTENTION TO BUY THAT FIRST TIME BUT THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS AND WHEN IT CAME TIME TO BUY THE SECOND ONE, IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF WHICH COLOR AND WAS IT AVAILABLE. THE THIRD (THIS MOST RECENT CAR) IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF DETAILS AND PICKING OUT A CAR IN INVENTORY. THEY WERE GREAT, AND THE SALEMAN, DAVE LYNCH, WAS TERRIFIC. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY FRIENDS, AND DAVE SPECIFICALLY. I ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK IN A PROPER TIME AND UPGRADING BECAUSE THE EXPERIENCE IS NOT LIKE GOING TO THE DENTIST. IT WAS ACTUALLY PLEASANT.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
We drove over to Ira after having visited a Honda dealer earlier. I have purchased three cars from Ira, so obviously came away from those experiences happy to go back there again. We were first greeted by Mr. Hernandez at the front door and he was immediately helpful and friendly. He took us to meet Mr. Rylant, whose name we had from an internet inquiry. We expressed to Mr. Hernandez what we were looking for in a car and within minutes were looking over a Rav4 as he explained the various features and we then took it for a test drive. Mr. Hernandez was comprehensive in explaining various specs and features of the car and answered all of our questions.

As many consumers are these days, I was fully aware of approximate pricing on the car after doing online research and so was looking for a good price. The price negotiation took about 5 minutes total. No messing around, just a quick exchange, consideration of our trade, and we were done. My wife and I drove the car home within a couple of hours. We had not expected to necessarily purchase at that moment, but the car and the deal were "right" so we made the purchase. No buyer's remorse whatsoever.

Based on this experience and others I've had with Ira, I recommend the Ira dealership and particularly Mr. Hernandez and Mr. Rylant without hesitation!

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
The sales person I delt with was great, however the person in the business office was not so great. He became irritated very easy when I told him I wasn't interested in certain offers. When I was taken into the business office he told me he wasn't ready for me and asked me to leave for about 10 minutes. He kept leaving the office while I waited for him to come back to do paperwork. Very distracted. I chose the car I liked instantly and decided to buy it but it took 3 hours to get everything done, too long. This is my 3rd new car that I have bought from you and I will continue to buy cars there and recommend you to my peers but if I have to deal with that same business man I will request someone else.

Mark was by far the best car salesman I ever ran into. He was attentive, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. He made sure to take the time to listen to my needs, and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Yes he did ask me questions, but I found his inquiries to be direct and to the point, which was to help me with my purchase. I never felt pressured, or any sleaze factor while dealing with him. He took care of all my needs and I got a great car at a great price. I would rcommend him to anyone looking to buy a used car. He was exceptional to deal with and I found this to be by far the best used car purchase I have ever made.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
My experience with everyone at every level at Ira Toyota of Danvers was extraordinary. My wife told me what kind of vehicle she wanted and I started doing my homework and contacted Ira. I worked with the General Sales Manager, Chris Aliberti, Jim Bennett the salesman and David Tanger the Finance Manager. From start to finish they were all professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward - my wife and I were not rushed or pressured in any way from negotiations through delivery. Chris worked very hard to locate the exact vehicle in the color my wife wanted with the options she liked most. It only took a matter of a few days to locate and get the car, and from then on, the salesman Jim went out of his way to get the vehicle ready for me the next day by 2:00PM. The car looked great and I would use my experience with Chris, Jim and David, as well as the entire staff at Ira Toyota, to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. They were truly great to do business with, my wife absolutely loves her new 2010 RAV4, and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to buy another car from Ira. Ira earned my business and the people we worked with absolutely earned this review. Simply stated, it was a totally professional, hassle free, buying experience. Thank you Chris, Jim and David. From the time we walked into the showroom, you took what can sometimes be an unpleasant and overwhelming experience and made it truly enjoyable and definitely worth the trip! I can see why their slogan is “Call Me” – you get a great vehicle, a great deal and have a great experience! Ira Toyota will definitely be our first and only stop for all our cars in the future.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
We are very pleased with the overall experience that we had with Ira Toyota of Danvers. We were treated politely and never felt as if we were being pressured into a sale. There were a few minor glitches, which were taken care of efficiently. Mike Capizzi is a gentleman and he was a pleasure to work with as was the sales manager Steve Amaral. Steve was very helpful with the pricing and following up with us. Shawna Behen was the reason we traveled almost an hour to see the vehicle we ended up buying. She is an internet specialist. Shawna answered many questions that we had (via email) and made us feel that we would be treated fairly if we ventured to Danvers.
We love our 2007 Highlander Hybrid and we would recommend Ira Toyota of Danvers to anyone we know. Thanks so much to all that made buying a used car a positive
experience!

Mr. Arora did a great job of everything involved with our Lease of a 2010 Prius. He explained all of the features in detail especially the ones that were new to us like the Onstar System, mapping, keyless entry, solar panel heating and cooling and many others. Ricky handled this sale in an excellent manner.

My Review of Ira Toyota/Scion of Danvers:
A quick note to let you know how much we appreciate the salesman Ricky Arora.
I was just looking all dealers rating and about their review. Found most Ricky’s and his phone number on one of review. We decided to contact him for test drive. He was very pleasant, answered and at the get-go was courteous, professional, and refreshingly direct.
We had just literally walked out on a deal from Woburn Toyota for the very same vehicle. We had the paperwork, and checkbook in hand for down payment and they offended us in every way. After that, we were willing to take the 20 minute drive through traffic to avoid working with the Woburn Toyota sales team. We went to Toyota of Lynn way (what ever is the name of that dealership in Lynn way) again same story sales man was not happy to show car until you are ready to buy. You have to commit than and there he never let us in to sit and talk about price and options.
Next day we decided to visit Ira.
You need to know, that Ricky was nut pushy, extremely knowledgeable, presented a “Can-Do” attitude, and gave us a very fair price without all of the sales-speak and usual time wasting “..well he’s not going to like this, but I gotta talk to my manager…” and making us wait for 15 minutes each go-round. Ricky Arora made the usually uncomfortable, stress-filled car buying experience easy. He was quick and efficient. He is our new best friend.
He introduced manager kastro was also very accommodating and friendly, worked together with us. We apprecite their input and team effort.
On all occassion Ricky was very pleasant.
In closing, we like him so much, we decided to buy a second new car from him. As soon as the 2010 Prius package V Blizzard white, bisque leather to is in, I will come down to seal the deal on that one too.
As a business owner myself, I like to reward the good employees. From my point of view, Ricky Arora is one of your best! He must be rewarded !
Our experience with Ira Toyota is the FIRST positive experience I've ever had with a car dealership, in my 45 years. We were definitely going with a small dealership to find my car, not willing to subject myself to a car dealership ever again in my lifetime. But my salesman, Ricky, was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend him and Ira Toyota to anyone - without reservation. The financial officer is the first one I've ever dealt with who I felt did not try to trick me or rack up additional fees. The whole experience was pleasant and stress free, and I walked out with my beautiful Sienna in record short time!!
